The Gold Knight
This is the very first model I ever painted. Looking back, there's a lot of things I'd do differently. If you see my more recent cavalry models, that'll probably show. One nice thing is that, although it's not apparent, I added some gold to the green I used for the base. I'd say that makes for a good, faint reflection coming from the base. Something else that I find funny is that the horse has no tail. It broke off after I glued it together, and I never bothered to put it back on. |
White Knight
This is my White Knight. It was the first time I tried blue shadowing under white. I think it offsets the red nicely. |
White Knight
This is one Knight where I thought I'd do something a little different. I mixed Chainmail into both Green and Red. I like the way it showed up against the same colors used on the horse. Again, I went with the 'active turning' pose. |
