WARP CHESS

INTRODUCTION
Chess variant using Cards. 

NOTES
Basic Two player chess rules board and pieces apply modified by the following. 

THE DECK
Players share a Common Deck. 
The Deck has one copy of each card in the Card List.

SETUP DIAGRAM

SETUP
Shuffle the Deck
Deal out the Setup Diagram as pictured above. 
The Deck, Discard, and Black, White, and Free cards are all face-up. 
The Discard starts with one card. 

MOVE OR PLAY
On your turn you can move as normal or you can play either the 
Free card or your Color card. 
If you play a card it goes to the discard and is replaced by the top card of the Deck. 
If you make a normal move, you may cause the free card or your color card to be 
Discarded and summarily replaced by the top card of the deck.  
If the Deck runs out, shuffle the discard and draw from it. 

CARD LIST TERMINOLOGY
Pieces = All figures including King and pawns
Men = All pieces except King
Warp = Move piece to any empty space
Switch = Trade places of 2 pieces
