SimTower Version 1.1b Updater

This program will upgrade your
exhisting SimTower version to version 1.1b; click 'About' under the help menu of SimTower
to determine its current version - if it is 1.1b, you do not need this patch. To
install, simply follow the instructions included in the text file.
