Here's the pics of my trip to Australia. Hope y'all enjoy 'em. Please note that these are all wild animals, taking pics of captive animals is after all too easy. Taking pics of wild animals is fun, though might not always be safe. Always keep that in mind. Approaching wildlife is at your own risk and is your own responsibility!
Above is the carpet python.
Above are from top, then counter clockwise: salt water crocodile, red belly black snake (venomous, capable of killing a human), cassowary, dingo and coneshell. Note that the coneshell is one of the animals that could kill a human (all of the animals in this picture could do so). Do not pick up shells remotely shaped like a cone! Their venom is extremely strong.
Above: Small frog on a leaf. (Helpful info eh?)
Above is the well known funnelweb spider of Australia. These creatures are extremely venomous and are well capable of killing a human being! Stay out of their way!
And another picture of the funnelwebspider.
Above: A gecko, platypus and a scorpion. Please be advised that all scorpions can sting! Do not attempt to pick up scorpions!
Above: green treefrog and lace monitor.
Above: opossum.
Above: Southern angle headed dragon.
Above: Jungle of Springbrook National Park, QLD.
