Ceth has the parchment skin one associates with moon elves. Her hair is long, past her waist, straight, and so black that it appears blue. Her eyes are a dark blue with tiny gold flecks in them. She is slender and fragile in build, but her movements are quick and graceful.  She carries a quarter staff and a long bow. On a silver chain around her neck she wears a moonstone with a small moonbow on it.

Cethyran was killed in a fight against a cabal of Cyricists in the Garlstone Mines in Move 155.
