Strategy: A Silver Elf Bow is an excellent Two handed weapon for a beginner, but most Matchlock Rifles can replace a Silver Elf Bow. Though it provides a good amount of Attack points for a beginning player, it also has Blast, which inflicts extra damage to your opponents. A Matchlock Rifle is better than a Silver Elf Bow in almost every way. Matchlock Rifles are Two handed weapons that also come with Blast, and are much easier to find. Almost any weapon that you can acquire later on in the game will prove to be much better than a Silver Elf Bow. Silver Elf Bows are also one of the more common Silvers that you can find, which means that a Silver Elf Bow isn't as rare as you think it is. However, if you find a Silver Elf Bow, don't trade it for a Matchlock Rifle, even if a Matchlock Rifle is much better than a Silver Elf Bow. Silver Elf Bows are much harder to find than Matchlock Rifles.

Strategy: A Silver Giant Maul is an excellent right handed weapon that provides a massive amount of Attack points. Most Silver Giant Mauls provide higher Attack points than your typical Masamune, but unlike most other Right handed Weapons, a Silver Giant Maul subtracts skill, which is the only disadvantage of the weapon. Because it subtracts skill, it cant be enchanted as much as a Right handed weapon with positive skill, such as a Gladius or a Masamune. Nonetheless, it is still a good right handed weapon to use if you can get your hands on it.

Strategy: If you are looking for an excellent Right handed Weapon to equip, then a Silver Gladius is probably your answer. Although a Silver Gladius isn't easy to find, it is one of the best Right handed weapons that you can find in the game, if not the best. A Silver Gladius provides an excellent amount of Attack, usually higher than that of your average Masamune. All Silver Gladius' come with Blind as well, which means that your opponents won't be able to use items against you in battle. This proves to be useful when having to face creatures such as the Pirates, who will almost always use Blast Powder to eliminate you. It may prove to be even more useful when having to face creatures such as the Dragon, since they tend to use Gold Apples, Ginseng Roots, Seltzer Water, Panic Dust, and Blinding Dust during battle.

Strategy: Possibly the hardest Silver weapon to obtain in the game would be a Silver Masamune. A Silver Masamune adds a massive amount of Attack that no other Right handed weapon in the game can provide. Silver Masamunes also induce Panic, which is one of those attributes that are disliked by many, because of the fact that they aren't able to finish off their opponents quickly enough before they can run away. Used in conjunction with higher skilled weapons, such as Silver Sea Slippers, a Silver Masamune can be a very effective weapon in battle.

Strategy: For beginners, a Silver Pike is an excellent Right handed weapon that doesn't need to be replaced for awhile, depending on their stats. First off, Silver Pikes are right handed weapons, which allows you to equip a Left handed weapon. Silver Pikes don't add as much Skill Points as your typical Throwing Knife, but Silver Pikes add much more Attack Points. Silver Pikes usually make better weapons than Unicorn Horns and Goblin Picks as well, which means that you won't be needing to look for another right handed weapon for a long time. Most Silver Pikes can last you long enough for until you are strong enough to quest in the Dungeons, though you may find a very good Goblin Pike that will have better stats than a Silver Pike.

Strategy: Silver Sea Slippers are clearly the best footwear in the game. A pair of Silver Sea Slippers will usually provide more Defense Points than an Asaura, and it provides a massive amount of skill as well, which means that it can be enchanted more than any other Footwear in the game. Very rarely does a regular pair of Sea Slippers have better stats than a pair of Silver Sea Slippers, unless the Silver Sea Slippers had crappy stats. And because of this, Silver Sea Slippers are one of the most sought out Silvers in the game. Because of the high skill that is offered with each pair of Silver Sea Slippers, you should have no problem with using weapons that induce panic, such as a Spirit Katana or even a Silver Masamune.

Strategy: Looking for an excellent Right handed weapon that provides a reasonable amount of Attack, Defense, and Skill? Thats something that only a Silver Staff can offer. A Silver Staff is an excellent weapon for beginners, and is good enough for most intermediates as well. It is a Right handed weapon as well, which allows you to equip a Left handed weapon. A Silver Staff provides a moderate amount of Attack Points, and a reasonable amount of Defense and Skill Points, and it comes with Bless and Lucky, which means that it will boost its Defense Points by 1, and Skill Points by 12. However, a Silver Staff is usually harder to find than a Silver Tail Whip, and Silver Tail Whips usually make better Right handed weapons than Silver Staffs. On the other hand, Silver Staffs can be acquired from two different creatures: the Goblin Warlock in the Mounds, and the Mage in the Dungeons.

Strategy: A Silver Tail Whip is an excellent Right handed weapon for most intermediates. Just like a Rat Tail Whip, a Silver Tail Whip provides a good amount of Attack and Skill Points, as well as some Defense Points. Until you are able to get your hands on something better, such as a Silver Gladius or a Masamune, a Silver Tail Whip will make an exceptional Right handed weapon. Unfortunately, its fairly easy to find Silver Tail Whips with stats lower than a possible Rat Tail Whip. A Silver Tail Whip with stats that aren't significantly better than a Rat Tail Whip isn't too hard to find as well, which means that it isn't worth the time finding the weapon, or even enchanting it. Silver Tail Whips are also one of the more common Silvers in the game, which means that they aren't sought out by many, but many traders would still be willing to take it off of your hands.

Strategy: The weakest Silver weapon in the game is probably a Silver Throwing Knife. Though a Silver Throwing Knife is usually better than your average Throwing Knife, it can easily be replaced by weapons such as a Dwarf Axe or even a Unicorn Horn. Silver Throwing Knives also come with the Panic ability, which is an attribute that is not favored by many. A beginner using a Silver Throwing Knife usually isn't a good sign, since beginners tend to have low skill points, and almost every monster that they encounter will run away from them, making beginners unable to gain any experience from battle. If you happen to be a beginner, it is recommended that you use a pair of Mercury Sandals to boost your skill points so that you can actually kill your opponents before they escape. If you could have somebody send you a pair of Sea Slippers instead, it would work much better.
