The Point System will  show you how we count, how we  come to your total  points after reporting a game for the Guardians Ladder in Civilization III. Althought we talked and discussed much about the amount of points given by different  settings  they  arent perfect, so  if  you  think  your Point  System  will work  better or  you  have  usefull suggestions, feel free and contact one of our webmasters.

The amount of points of the ladder games are computed through different factors. This factors are:

 • Amount human players are connected (1-8)

 • Amount of Ai`s  (1-16)

 • Map size (small, normal, large, huge, user-defined)

 • The difficulty of Ai`s (beginners, easy, normal, hard, impossible)

 • The barbarian seetings (no, less, middle, much barbarian hordes)

 • The result of the game. Who won, who lost, who tied

 • The type of victory (military victory, point-victory, science-victory, alliance victory)

 • The ladder-ranking. Have you won against the leader? This gives you lots of points. :-))))
