receive this award. This is a true honor, as it bestows Veteran status
on the second most treasured soldiers within the 109th.

for an outstanding achievement. The achievement is usually a supportive
task that benefits the 109th. In this instance, Topgun started the first
Joker forum. His achievement is one to be merited.
