1) Can Aeris be resurrected?
A: This is perhaps the most asked question about Final Fantasy VII. There are clues that suggest she may have intended to be at one time. However Squaresoft has admitted that the game was rushed to the market (there are a number of glitches and inconsistencies) and was incomplete. Perhaps this was a secret they intended to have available in the game but had to leave it out in the end. Some things that are most curious are the fact that in Disc Two you can still purchase some of Aeris's weapons. There are two ways you can take this. One is that they did indeed intend to be able to revive Aeris. The other less imaginable (but more likely) is that it was a matter of convenience. Most of the weapons available for purchase are ones you could have found in the game in Disc One, similar weapons for each of the other characters are also available, and it seems likely that in the rush to finish the game, it was easier to simply place ALL the weapons into the shops rather than try to be more careful and leave out all of Aeris's weapons.
