Level 4 - Omni-Slash - Slices up all opponents
Q: Where do I get it?
A: Battle Arena item - you must win enough battles and earn enough BP (Battle Points) to buy it (check Gold Saucer Section under battle square for additional help)
BARRETT
Level 4 - Catastrophe - Damages all opponents
Q: Where do I get it?
A: Get this from a citizen of North Corel after you get the Huge Materia from the train.
TIFA
Level 4 - Final Heaven - Attack an opponent
Q: Where do I get it?
A: After you get Cloud back in your party (after losing him in the whirlwind maze and finding him in Mideel), go to Nibelheim with Tifa in your party and check the piano. Play the special tune:Do(X), Re (SQUARE), Mi (TRIANGLE), Ti (R1 or L1+TRIANGLE), La (R1 or L1+SQUARE), Do (X), Re (SQUARE), Mi (TRIANGLE), So (R1 or L1+X), Fa (O), Do (X), Re (SQUARE), Do (X)
and receive Final Heaven. Try to play this as it sounded in the Kalm Flashback.
AERIS
Level 4 - Great Gospel - Fully restores all allies and makes them invincible one time
Q: Where do I get it?
A: First you must go find the man sleeping in the cave - the same one who will give you a bolt ring when the last two digits of the number of battles you have fought is the same. You can go to his cave after you get the buggy (check walkthrough after Corel Prison for more details). Anyway, get the Bolt Ring, then get the last two digits to match again and you can get a piece of Mythril. After you get the Tiny Bronco, go to the weapon dealer near Costa Del Sol. Trade the Mythril and pick the little box to get Great Gospel.
RED XIII
Level 4 - Cosmo Memory - Attacks all opponents
Q: Where do I get it?
A: Receive for defeating the Lost Number boss at Nibelheim in Shinra Mansion (after you open the safe)
YUFFIE
Level 4 - All Creation - Attacks all opponents
Q: Where do I get it?
A: Go to the Pagoda in Wutai. Be sure you have Yuffie in your party and proceed to do battle with the different bosses (see Wutai Pagoda section for more information). The limit break is the treasure for defeating the final one, who as it turns out is Yuffie's father.
CAIT SITH
Level 4 - None
Q: Where do I get it?
A: Cait Sith is an oddity in Final Fantasy VII in this respect (and many others but that's beside the point). Cait Sith is the only character who does not have a level four limit break available anywhere in the game. As his limit breaks are for the most part pretty useless anyway, he is not really that much of a loss as a fighting character.

Level 4 - Chaos - Transforms to Chaos
Q: Where do I get it?
A: You must visit Lucrecia in her secret cave TWICE. You can visit her once as early as after getting the Highwind. You must breed a green (mountain) or Black (River/Mountain) Chocobo. You can visit her again after you get the submarine to receive Chaos.
