Dining in Little Totterington

The Laughing Cavalier

27, Totterington Road. tel: 02794 - 125-208

Bar meals are available throughout the day, served in this authentic 'Olde Englishe' pub. However, 'bar meal' does not do justice to Angie Smith's creations.  These are not the microwaved chicken in a basket, or soggy baked potato of so many country pubs. Instead, each meal is freshly prepared, using local produce in season whenever possible. Typical dishes include:

  • Award winning 'crispy duckling'
  • Home roast carvery on Summer Sundays and Christmas
  • Homemade pasties and pies
  • Fish and chips

Breakfast menu available to non-residents during the summer. The full English breakfast: eggs, bacon, fried bread, mushrooms, baked-beans with toast and tea or coffee.
