NASA, a six-year-old PBeM league is looking for stable, dedicated, veteran play-by-mail managers for immediate openings. Two teams are available, one of which is a serious reclamation project, the other aging, but could contend in 1997.
NASA is an e-mail-based league with 16 teams, drawing from a pool of 23 MLB teams. (Some NL teams not included.) We feature a weekly leaderboard, fall and spring drafts, 40-man rosters and drafting of any players who appeared on a NASA-pool team, not just carded players.
NASA also features a core of veteran managers. We're looking to shore up some franchises we've had commitment problems with, so please: bring your dedication. Computer managers preferred, but not a must.
If you're interested, or have questions, please e-mail Joe Sheehan at sheehan@crl.com. Please include some biographical information as well as a brief summary of your play-by-mail experience.
