bulletSuper Monkey Ball 2 the sequel to the best selling Super Monkey Ball will feature eight characters, more than 150 levels, twelve party games and six mini-games.  The game will also feature a new story mode.  The new mini-games will include soccer, baseball, tennis, boat races, shooting and aerial combat.  All the original games from Super Monkey Ball are being enhanced for this sequel.

bulletGood news for all the Resident Evil Fans.  It seems that Capcom is going to slash the prices of Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3: Nemesis for the Gamecube.  Both games will sell for $19.99 each.  This is so cool!! people can now get the whole Resident Evil series without stretching their budgets.

bulletNintendo of Japan canceled its annual videogame show "Spaceworld" where it showcases its latest games and hardware.  It seems that instead of one big show, Nintendo plans to save money by making smaller presentations and  covering different locations.

bulletMy friend just told me that Sega and Nintendo are working on a "F-Zero" game for the Gamecube and the Arcades.  Apparently the two consoles will be able to share data trough the memory card.  I wonder how that is going to work?

bulletNintendo of Japan has announced it will release its modem adapter for online games on August  8, 2002.  Nintendo of America may release the adapter in the US around September 2002.

bulletNintendo has shifted its focus of producing hardware to making games.  Apparently the company wants to create more interesting games and explore new areas of gaming.

bulletThe game "Eternal Darkness:  Sanity's Requiem" will be similar to Resident Evil except that instead of running away from enemies you will have to confront them.  There will also be a feature that will directly mess with the player's mind but I won't spoil it for you.  It will be a very intense psychologically demanding game.  
bulletSecond half of this year looks great for all Gamecube owners because the big N is going to release all its big games during that time.  Yeah!!!

bulletThe  "Bomberman Generation" game for the Gamecube will have the ability to link up with both versions of "Bomberman Max 2" for the Gameboy Advance.  This is Sweet!!!  You can also collect Charaboms which are like the Chao from Sonic Adventure 2: Battle.  This game is going to be so cool.
