DistanceDistance is a program that solves the distance formula. It can be really useful if you are sick of the distance formula or have really big numbers to process in it. To run it, just put in the numbers for the ordered pairs and press EXE. To get the decimal answer, exit out after you see the -disp-, then square route E. For the radical answer, press EXE when you see the -disp-, and the calculator will automatically run Radical. For the number it wants, put in E, press EXE, and you will get the answer! (If you want the radical answer, you should probably get Radical too or it will say some error when you press EXE.) |
