Trigger Switch These plans are from http://www.68caliber.com

Description

Did you ever see a paintgun called an Angel?
It has a wire that can be plugged into a Viewloader agitated loader such as the VL-2000 or Revolution and will control the unit saving batteries and making it more efficient.
You can make your gun do that too!!!
This mod makes your gun control an agitated loader. Every time you pull the trigger, the agitator will spin and when you release the trigger, it stops. The advantages to this are, longer battery life, more efficient loading (I have NEVER had my paint jam in the loader and not feed since I started using this), no forgetting to turn off your loader and killing your batteries, the IR sensor is bypassed so that it does not drain the batteries, and you never run into the problem where you're in the woods and the loader starts to run at the worst possible time for no apparent reason!

Materials

Construction

Dissassembling the VL-2000 loader

Using a phillips head screwdriver, remove the screws that hold the body of the loader together.

Separate the halfs

Separate the two halfs being careful to notice the proper placement of the spring for the lid. If you lose the spring, it isn't necessary to the operation of the loader. It only holds your lid open when you load paintballs.

The blue and white wires

Locate the blue and white wires going into the agitator assembly from the sensor.

The headphone jack in the side of the loader

Find a suitable location for the female headphone jack. Drill a hole in your loader and install it.

Schematic diagram of the Vieloader mod.

Hook up the battery, headphone jack and agitator according to the schematic diagram using the blue & white wires from the agitator assembly. (You need to cut them and possibly solder longer leads to hook them up to the switch and headphone jack)

Using the male headphone jack, you will need to refer to my "Build-your-own Agitator" project and build a trigger switch.
Put your loader back together in the reverse of how you took it apart. Plug in the trigger switch and your are finished. Pull the trigger a few times, you should hear the agitator turn every time.
