After CV1 you may have thought that Simon had finished Dracula for good.
But you're wrong. Right before the count got shattered to peices, he placed
a curse on Simon. A while after the battle, Simon started to feel horrible
pains. He ached for months when suddenly he decided to do something about
it. He had to take the curse off of him by killing Dracula again.
The only problem is that the count's body parts are now spread throughout
the Transylvania countryside. The parts are hidden in 5 different mansions
hidden by a dense tangle of wilderness. How did the parts spread out so
mysteriously? That's a question asked by many but it goes unanswered. It
is believed that the counts followers took the body parts and hid them
but still there is no proof of anything.
Now Simon must come out of his home again and leave his home town of Jova to find the mansions, collect the body parts, assemble them and finally duel with the count once more to rid himself of the deadly curse. But it definitely won't be an easy task. He must destroy the remaining monsters that he fogot to kill when he went through Castlevania once. He must also collect the best weapons and artifacts to advance in this adventure.
Well, that's the story of CV2. Hope you enjoyed it. Now I think that
you're asking, why does this guy choose this game over one like CV1 ofr
3? Well here's the answer to that question: I like games that are more
RPG style rather than these kinda straightforwards. Now I do like the other
games but I don't think they have enough puzzle related stuff in them.
That's why I'm a big CV2 freak!
