| Goal: How to make your own bed template from a Maxis LL heartbed getting a small file size. | |||||

| Beds with adult animations are one of the most wanted objects so we decided to help you to make | |||||
| your own beds in very small file sizes (from 500 to 700k depending on the graphics). | |||||
| We made this tutorial with only one mail goal in mind: To help all sims players to make their own love beds. | |||||
| A)Using tmog to clone a Maxis LL heart bed -continues from page 1 | |||||
| 6-Our new name in this case is bedhearttest and you must see things like shown here in this pic: |

| 7-close Tmog , Run Windows Explorer
and look for your new object in your:
DOWNLOADS\TRANSMOGRIFIED folder, you may want to make a copy of
it just in case your first attempt may fail, so right click on your new
object and select copy , then right
click in some blank space below the file name and
paste , you'll have now a
copyofhearbedtest.iff file in case you gave the object the same
name we did. Ok now you've got your bed cloned, let's move to IffPencil 2 |

| B)Using Iff pencil in order to change the file size | |||||
| 1-Run IffPencil 2 and you'll see this: Once your iff file is open ,the right column will show you all its resources . |

| 2-From the menu bar :File -open and select your file |
 |

| in our case
bedhearttest You'll see things like this:

| 3-We're gonna work with DGRP
resources now, it's got 60 elements We just Click on
#1101:top left sleeping , then press
SHIFT-CLICK on item
#1109 so you select a whole block
from #1101 to #1109, press your delete key,
accept deleting them , Oh! don't worry, we will replace these items
eventually :).

| 4-Do the same with items : #1301 to #1309 , delete them #1401 to #1409 , delete them #1601 to #1609 , delete them #1701 to #1709 , delete them #1801 to #1809 , delete them Now your iffpencil will show something like this We only left 6 elements and now we have to duplicate them in order to have our 60 again. |

| 5- Right click on #1100 and select duplicate. Replace #1100 with #1101 in the ID: input box, then accept, you have now an exact duplicate of the element #1100 .

| 6-Do the same till you've got 9 duplicates of #1100 (from #1101 to #1109), you'll have something like this in the end |

| 7-Ok now we need to do the
same with all the other items, so Make 9 duplicates of #1300 and name them from #1301 to #1309 Make 9 duplicates of #1400 and name them from #1401 to #1409 Make 9 duplicates of #1600 and name them from #1601 to #1609 Make 9 duplicates of #1700 and name them from #1701 to #1709 Make 9 duplicates of #1800 and name them from #1801 to #1809 You'll have something like this now: |

| Use
the IffPencil 2 File-Save option to save your work. After saving
you can close Iffpencil 2. What have we been doing here? well if we're going to make a kinky bed where animations will be over the duvet , then why do we want all those silly movements the bed shows when they are hidden?. Look for your file in windows explorer the file still in downloads\transmogrified? good, if it's not please copy your file and paste it in this folder, we're gonna clone the bed again using Tmog |
