The Pilot Field - Hastings United
There is something quite simply unique about the Pilot field. Its so truly awful that you have to love the place, even if, like me, you don't. Make sense? No thought not. But everything from the signs which say 'No Ball Games in this area' to the car parking behind one goal just give it this superb quality which I hope never goes away.
If you're a non-league fanatic the road they play on must be a kind of footballing heaven because they are only 50 yards from St. Leonards. The rivalry must be intense ;)
