Manor Park - Nuneaton Borough
I had previously visited this ground whilst on holiday. That day it looked
impressive through the entrance gates. However, several years later I come back
and it's not the ground I remembered peering at. The stand seems to have shrunk,
the opposite terrace not as steep as I thought and the 'away end' virtually
non-existent.Merely an average Southern League ground, Nuneaton are planning
to move away from Manor Park. However, perhaps they might sort out their
finances and get back in the Conference before they plan anything too ambitious.
Or are they going to sell the Manor Park plot for millions and build a cheap
out-of-town concrete block to wipe out their debts?
