Marston Road - Stafford Rangers
I had been warned by some of my Telford United supporting MSN contacts prior to going to this ground that it wasn't very good (or words to that affect) but I don't think that quite prepared me for it. Certainly not as bad as Hastings or Hinckley, but not a lot better, and that is a bad commentary on a ground. I suppose it's closest to Chelmsford/Billericay of any of the other grounds in the division, with a better main stand of course, not that that is a hard thing to achieve mind you.
My first visit here was on a cold December afternoon, and they did of course beat us 3-1. Manchester United also beat Arsenal and Rangers beat Celtic. I think I'll consign that day to the pits of hell if you don't mind.
