Not much to say in this screenshot. I mean, she's climbing up a ladder, shes got the fast-shooter thing engaged, four enemies are waiting for her at the top of the ladder, and its not the ladder from the other screenshots because the opening on it is a much bigger octagon-like (its a lot more than an octogon, but it resembles the stops-sign shape) opening rather than the more squarer openening of the ladders from the other pictures, suggesting that this ladder is more of a primary shaft which is required for you to pass through during the level rather than a "sneaky hidden small ladder" which is hidden and can be used as an alternate route through the mission.
