Welcome back! In this page I will describe the history of Tails.
Sonic the Hedgehog for the Sega Genesis saw only Sonic on his adventures. It was incredibly popular and SEGA decided to capitalize on this success by releasing a sequel. This time though, it had a new character.
That new character was Tails (aka Miles Prower). Tails had two tails. He was picked on when he was younger for this abnormality, but he used them to his advantage. He started to use them like a helicopter. Thus, he was the world's first flying fox. His debut was Sonic the Hedgehog 2 for the Genesis. It was a two player game (seeing as though there were 2 characters). Player 1 was Sonic, and Player 2 was Tails. Or, you could just have stand alone Sonic or stand alone Tails. It was a great game.
Since then, Tails has been a main character in most Sonic games. He is exeedingly good at building robots that rival any of those made by Dr. Robotnik, as we found out in Sonic Adventure. Tails is Sonic's best friend and is always cheerful and happy. His latest game was Sonic Adventure 2, where he pilots his walker, Cyclone.
