From the autopsy of Katherine Hazelgrove, a detail left out of the final report submitted to the director.
"Katherine Hazelgrove was approximately seven months pregnant at the time of her death, an unusual fact when you consider she showed no outward signs of the pregnancy."
Much later in the same document:
"The results of the rape kit performed on Katherine Hazelgrove postmortem are inconclusive at best. The inconsistency lies in the fact that according to the kit, the girl was a virgin prior to the intercourse that occurred just prior to her death. This finding must indeed be false, but further tests have confirmed it. There must be some anomaly in the testing process. The evidence is in conflict with its self. Katherine Hazelgrove died seven months pregnant. This can not be disputed."
