Gurupie 20 Baseball was never supposed to happen. RFS had absolutely no interest in it and Ref knew it was a long season to try and run.

But so many managers kept asking about it that RFS told Ref that he'd play in it if Ref would create it and take the lead on it. Ref finally agreed.

Ref and rfs started crafting the league rules. They both hated CBS' draft, but loved their site. They decided to do a 20 team league and draft in Yahoo! and transfer it to the CBS site.

This worked out so well and was so much fun that the league decided to keep the Yahoo! league and play that as a H2H league along with the CBS roto league.

In year two, rfs suggested to use prospects to make our league even more unique. It passed in a league vote by just one vote. The league has now embraced prospects and has led to even more ways to trade and advance one's team now or in the future.

Ref has dominated the league, winning it in 08 for the fourth time in the six seasons of existence and finishing 3rd in 06 and 07. bmd and Twarpy won the league in those two seasons, respectively.
