Island Commando Raid
On the eve of the invasion of Sicily, the Allied High Command has learned
that a partisan leader, who has been briefed on the invasion, has been captured
by Axis forces. The leader is being held on an island between North Africa and
Sicily. The planned bombing compaign of the island is cancelled and the
Allied High Command makes the decision to mount a raid to free the captured
leader under the cover of destroying the island's airfield and radar station.

The Great Retreat: August 1914
The British Expeditionary Force (BEF) and the French Army are
retreating to the outskirts of Paris in the face of the right wing of the
Imperial German Army commanded by General von Kluck. The battered British II
Corps commanded by General French, is forced into a holding action along a long
front. Outnumbered by more than two-to-one, the BEF’s lines become outflanked
as the battle wears on, and the battle breaks up into many isolated skirmishes.
Can “Tommy Atkins” and his pals “throw a spanner in the works” of the
Schlieffen Plan? Or will “the Boche” be in Paris by the end of the month? A
company level skirmish for 2-4 players with 28 mm figures using “Contemptible

Battle In the Spanish Hills 78BC
A Roman army under a young Pompey is sent to eradicate the rebel
Sertorius and his mobs of Spanish. Will the hills of Spain be a match for the
Roman general? We'll try the scenario using Field of Glory (FoG) and then repeat
it using De Bellis Magistrorum Militum (DBMM). Three players per side maximum.

Marching With Grossdeutschland
France 1940. The war may be lost, but the Germans aren't going to have
it all their own way. There are still some French with fight left in this

The fourth Ontario Dark Age WAB Campaign which began at MIGSCon will
conclude at Hotlead this year. This campaign continues the 6 linked battles
using army lists from the Byzantium and Arthur books. Each game requires a 2000
point army and will follow the campaign retinue rules described in the Arthur
