Scratchcards Guide

As of now, scratchcards can be purchased from three different vendors on Neopets. Each scratchcard that you receive is random, and you'll have to wait a certain amount of hours before you're allowed to purchase a new scratchcard from any vendor. You can also receive free scratchcards from the Snowager if you're lucky. TO WIN: You're allowed to scratch off 6 of the 9 spaces on a scratchcard. Of the 6 spaces that you scratch, at least 3 of them have to match. Fake Scratchcards were given out before the Deserted Fairgrounds Scratchcards place was officially opened.
