Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

The unstated leader of the Ninja Turtles. Leo is by far the most serious of the group, often trying to keep Rapheal and Michaelango under control during a battle. He is also the most dedicated to the martial arts. Wielding twin katana blades in battle, Leo is a good mix of power and reach. Note: This character was designed a hella long time ago. That he is very similar to Haohmaru just proves that video game companies steal from me.

Strategy: A good solid fighter. Leo has fairly long range due to his katanas, plus he does decent damage as well. Like Haohmaru, his fierce punch has a lot of range and is ungodly powerful. However, Leo's will not hit if the enemy is really close, so stick to him like glue.

    Special Moves:
    Spinning Blade*: Spins around, moving both of his blades in a vertical circle. Like Haohmaru. 2 hits
    Sword Swell*: Stabs the ground, causing a wave to travel along the ground. (E)
    Katana Breeze*: Hops forward to attack 5 times rapid fire with his katanas
    Perfect Parry: Sweeps his swords, blocking a melee attack and putting the enemy off balance like a guard crush.
    Gutter Kick: Jumps to the wall, then flies back with a jump kick(A)
    Basic Throw: Puts a sword on either side of the enemy's neck, spins around and releases.
    Launcher: A quick jerking motion that brings up both of his blades. 2 hits
    Hyper Attacks:
    Katana Swirl*: Does spinning blade many times. Hits 12 times. Haohmaru again.
    Ninja Scroll: A weapon from TMNT1 Nes game. Throws a tall, thin wave. 5 hits.
    Art of the Ninja: Does a flip into the air, swords held out, falls, and slams them to the ground. 8 hits (A)
    Enter: A baby turtle falls in ooze and transforms into Leonardo
    Taunt: Eats a slice of pizza
    Victory: Holds a pizza party for the Turtles.
