The Bataan Lodge No.104 is the sponsoring body of Mt. Samat Chapter Order of
DeMolay. They are the one who supports and advice the activities of the fraternal organization.
The Advisory Council govern the activities of a Chapter insofar as it does not conflict with the Statutes of the Supreme Council, or the orders or edicts of the
Executive Officer of the jurisdiction.
The Advisory Council of a Chapter has the authority to declare a petitioner for membership elected or rejected, if in the opinion of
the council members the best interests of the Order are served.
The Advisory Council also has the power to erase from membership in its Chapter any member guilty of violating the DeMolay law,
or who is not of good morals, or whose conduct is unworthy of a member of the Order of DeMolay. This power can be exercised only after notice of such action is
sent to the Executive Officer of the jurisdiction and after regular charges are served on the member in question.
