This is the food page as you should know already since you clicked on the word FOOD to get here. But anyways kiddoes this site is designed to teach you about the 6 major food groups as recognized by the NSGA.

The first food group is Pizza. Consume lots of this it tastes good and its good for you, but keep pizza sauce consumption at a minimum.

The Second food group is Chinese food. This is also good. And the fortune cookies at the end of the meal are a must. yum yum.

The third food group is Mexican. This stuff is nutritious and delicious mmm mmm good. Best place in the world to get it is Tejanos, but Taco Hell will do if you have a craving.

The fourth food group is your grains. You can't go wrong with a huge serving of fettuccine alfredo or even a bowl of mac and cheese. And don't forget cereal.

The fifth food group is you guessed it cookies. All kinds will do, but the best for you are animal crackers, fig newtons (not technically a cookie really fruit and cake, but don't get technical with me), and white chocolate macadamia nut.

The sixth and last group consists of liquid refreshments to help wash down those delectible delights you just consumed. Recommended by the NSGA is: Mountain Dew, Cream soda, Root beer, Orange pop, Apple juice, Chocolate milk, and of course Strawberry Milk.

In order to maintain a healthy lifestyle consume as little of these foods as possible: chocolate, ice cream, pizza sauce, sea food (including fish), and mushrooms.
