Little brown Cuban/Lobster roach

The Cuban Lobster Roach - a roach which I think is the best acrobat in the roach world. They are a dull brown color with odd markings on their head. They jump/fly off one's hand and can scatter quickly. These are excellent herp food as well. They have lotsa protein and are big enough to be nutritious. They also have a very high meat to shell ratio. They need some type of soil in their tank and eat anything. They are live bearers and I don't know for sure, but, I think they will kill and eat Panchlora nivea (the cuban green or banana roach) in the wild but this theory has not been tested in captivity. These roaches make an exellent addition to any roach collection because of the ease of rearing them. These roaches are glass climers so they do need to be kept from excaping with a layer of vaseline. And from experience, it's not a wise idea to handle these little critters - John has lost like 2 of them that way and I have lost 1 that way. They are very fast and they don't like to be handled but they can be tought to stay in your hand.
