Jobshadowing

Some
friends and I decided to jobshadow together. We made a
day of it. We all went to the senior assembly, then drove
to and regrouped at McDonalds. After breakfast, we "jobshadowed"
at Family Fun Center in Convoy somewhere.
Four
of us sprang for all-day passes, entitling us to unlmited
mini-golf, go-karts, bumper-boats, and other hyphenated
whatnots.
Four
of us, plus Sean, Heath, and Josh, went golfing. The rest
of us tagged along.
Sean and Heath were really anal about scoring and playing
well. Actually we all were...
until
we realized that it was mad-hot. Then each of us forgot
about scorecards in our own special ways.
Karen
walked around aimlessly for a bit... then she complained
about how hungry she was.
Kyle also walked around aimlessly before going inside
to play video games.
I sat on Tom Sawyer's dock... or whatever...
Josh was still golfing, however he wasn't really on the
course. After it got too hot for him, he ran for shade.
At least one of us was in school today.
Perry helped Josh get back down to sea level, then closely
examined the backdoor of those wary of the wolf.
After
they were done with golfing, everyone went inside except
Craig, Karen, Adrian, and I.
We decided to go through with the original plan: Go-Karts
until we vomit. We got into lots of collisions; the attendants
had to help turn us around a few times. Adrian gave me
a mild case of whiplash, then we called it quits.
I
went inside to heal and sulk and play Dance Dance Revolution.
Some minutes afterwords, Craig and Adrian come running
in soaked. Adrian was blabbing on about water and Karen
and gasoline. Then he made me join them for another round
of bumper boats.
When
we're all on the water, I begin squirting everybody with
my measly little squirt mechanism on the bumper boat.
Out come the big guns. Karen, Craig, and Adrian brought
along disposable cups and promptly filled them with the
oily gasoline-tainted water we were floating on.
This is the result.
After
getting yelled at by the attendant, we chose to dry off
in Kiddie Land. We rode the swingy thing and the teacups.
Craig said, "This is our Grad Nite." Yay!!
Adrian
told us we had to spin the wheel really, really fast to
do the ride right. We did. Craig got blisters. Karen got
sick.
This is the result.
More go-karts for Craig and Adrian. Karen and I were done
:)
We played DDR until it was time to join Elliot and them
at Lollicup (can you say "Easy Mode," karen?).
