Toku Kuni
The second large continent on Trell, it's average temperature is slightly higher than Trell Wan, and the western part of the continent is spanned by a vast desert, running from the western shores to the foothills of the Aldrin Mountains. Out of the mountains, running east is the only large river on Toku Kuni, running through the heart of the salt flats to the coast. There is only one nation on the continent. Hachiman Taro, having little enough contact with the nations of Trell Wan, and their generally paranoid nature, only five of their larger cities are known to those of the western continent. Hachiman, the capital city, and Es Toch, are rumored to be along the Aldrin foothills, though none of the traders from Lyons or Harlech have been permitted to venture that far inland.
Hachiman
Taro;
The kingdom that spans all of Toku Kuni, before the Hachiman
family took control of the continent almost three millenia ago,
it was inhabitted by seven small city-states and dozens of
nomadic tribes. Since then the nation has flourished, aside from
the large cities, small townships cover the countryside, even in
the salt desert small towns exist. Hachiman is a harmonious
nation under one religion praising knowledge and peace. Their
scientific knowledge is ages ahead of even Harlech.
