Blaspheme began as four guys converging to put on a performance that would please the crowd. Their first concert took place in Febuary of 81. It was the concert that began everything. Regis Martin was on the drums, Philippe Guadignino on bass, Pierre Holzhaeuser on the guitar and Marc Fery as the singer. They let off a beautiful sound like Judas Priest and Iron Maiden. It filled the concert hall and got them on a mixed record of the best European Heavy Metal bands.

It wasn't until one of their later concert's in October of 83 that they signed a deal with Robert Wood. Their first LP was titled "Blaspheme". After producing that album they headed back out on the road again.

"Desire of Vampyr" the second album by Blaspheme was produced in the early months of 85. It was a superb album and if the could produce it in the studio then they could perform it on stage. Their fans through out France, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium and Holland found it an honor see and hear them live. The fans loved songs such as "Jehovah", "Excalibur" and "Desire of Vampyr".

Pierre later went on to star as the lead guitarist in "Ten Screaming Guitars" on the "Furioso" album.
