Part 4

Fun with Penny!

What a pair! Penny, my bestest friend and colleague, with Mo Weiss.

The athletic types ran up Grouse Mountain in Vancouver. The sensible and hedonistic
Penny and Mark took the téléferique, or whatever the hell the tram-cable thingy is called,
and waited for them to arrive at the top. The ride up was exhausting, so we had to have wine.

 and vaguely in the distance is Vancouver Island where P & M later went for lunch.

In the tram thing on the way down. Mark is asleep; Penny is still glowing,
and Britt Brewer is doing his damnedest not to look tired. He probably wasn't.

Penny and Mark flew to Nanaimo, Vancouver Island, for lunch.
Why? You ask? Because they could, and because they could then talk about it later.
That's our plane from Vancouver to Nanaimo. First time on a float plane.
