The Big 5-0

Part 1

In the good Scandinavian tradition, I threw a huge party for my 50th birthday.
Unfortunately, there are always some unsavoury characters that show up. Here are two of them, Mr. De Vries and Woodsy Owl from Santa Fe.

Georgina (mouthing off again--typical), Groovey Stoovey, and the
fabulosa Joanie Perry.

Cashews and olives attracting gradual students past and present.

Mr. De Vries and Woodsy hitting the beer. At least they had the good taste to
go for James Boag's from Tasmania.

Sport psychos, Clark and Stephanie.

Steev and Chaz, despite appearances, these two are much more
more dangerous than De Vries and the nefarious Owl.

Betty, Frau B. and my Daddy who lokks like he found a worm in his ginger ale.

Dr. Speed, the diminutive Kiwi gradual student, Cadeyrn, and Young Eun (Iris)
from Korea (another gradual student) just having devoured a plate of mussels.

Aik-Lay (our brilliant administrative assistant) and her hubby
(with a doofus in the middle).

Belinda and da gradual boys Joe and Sean (joined at the hip)
and Petah (completely disjointed).

Henri, my opera singing downstairs neighbor, Blair in Indonesian
finery and Lainie, another of my brilliant gradual students.
