so this is where you will be able to find study guides once we get nearer the exams in this course...
i think the way things will work is that i will make the first study guide available on this site, for everyone, 1 week before the first exam ...
this will be so that you can see what type of information will be made available in the guides and make a decision as to whether or not this information is helpful to you...
to obtain the rest of the study guides you will have to come to my si sessions to pick them up... this way we can go over the guides in a group environment...
i will make all 4 of the study guides available before their respective exams (most likely one week in advance) as well as just before the final to use as a guide along with the exams you have already taken...
in the past my study guides have consisted mainly of...
- descriptions of the types of problems likely to be on the exam...
- concepts important to understanding the problems and the multiple choice questions as well as the course material in general...
- vocabulary which is important and/or tricky...
- any sticky points that commonly give students the most problems...
