Red Glare: Inti and His Sigil
Here we get a nice look at those big pointy nails. I really loved doing
this one, because I mostly used the dodge
and burn, with only a little painting. It was rather rough on the eyes,
though. The sigil he's holding has no real significance
to his story, I just wanted him to be holding a symbol. Wanna know
how I got his hand to look so creepy and bony?
I looked at my hand! I've got really bony hands. Good for playing piano,
but scary.
"Wandering Children"
We crept into the darkness of the chapel,
the candles shimmered our shadows as those
of gladiators in the pit.
Spiraling down the corridors we consort
in whisper so not to bring attention to ourselves.
Darting from shadow to shadow we hope
to capture a simple glimpse of the man below.
We approach the hall timidly, our eyes
searching the candle light for a sign...
All is silent and shadows encircle us
as if to scream out our salvation.
Inti turns in silence from his perch in
mid verse....
hollowed eyes shiver fear into young minds.
We should have known better.
