1. DECADANCE 2. WIPE IT AWAY 3. CRIMSON 'O' released 1990 This was the only one of Bleach's release's that wasn't recorded at Wildlife in Ipswich with Nigel 'chopper' Plamer twiddling the knobs. Decadance is pretty straightforward stuff, with distorted guitars and drumming that sounds like Dr Avalanche (hopefully you don't understand that reference, if you do, you're sad) The song rocks along, although it doesn't really go anywhere. Wipe it away starts promisingly, switching between Salli's vocals backed only with a big glam-like drumbeat to the full band on the chorus, the best track of the three. Crimson 'o' also has those gothic drum-machine vibes, and, at first listen, is long, slow and tedious, but, as with many Bleach songs, it grows on you over time, you just have to have the patience to keep on listening. Overall, the ep sounds a little raw, a little short of focus to appeal to most, but still promising stuff all the same.
