"Crystals and The Chakras

Chakras are energy points linking the physical body with electromagnetic bodies around it. The name comes from the Sanskrit for wheel. If blocked or overactive, chakras create disharmony. If untreated, this leads to physical, emotional, or mental dis-ease. Crystals gently balance and realign chakra energies.

THE CHAKRAS

Chakras are energy centers that run up the spine to the crown of the head, linking subtle, electromagnetic bodies to the physical. KNown as the aura or etheric body, subtle bodies surround the physical body enfolding it within protective energy.

CHAKRA FUNCTIONS

The Earth Chakra keeps you grounded, holding you in everyday reality. If this chakra is not functioning there is difficulty with the material world.
The Base and sacral chakras are the sexual and creative chakras. If this chakra is blocked, libido is low, the creative spark nonexistent. If it is too active, sexual needs predominate, if the sacral chakra is blocked social interation can be difficult.
The Solar plexus is where emotional blockages occur. If this chakra is too open, energy can be leached by other people.
If the heart chakra is blocked, love is prevented from flourishing. The higher heart chakra connects to unconditional, spiritual love. When this chakra opens, a new dimension in love is reached.
The throat chakra is communication, when it is blocked, you may not be expressing, communicating your thoughts, opinions, needs and when it is open you may be talking to much... bringing it into balance lets you express what you need without over doing it.....
The Third Eye (Brow), now this lets through your intuition, Clairvoyance, Mediumship, Pyschic abilties, Visualizations.....If blocked this can be the cause of confusion, mental block etc...
The Crown Chakra is where Spiritual energies make themselves felt, and the higher crown chakras link up to angelic guidance. When this opens fully, there can be a feeling of bliss or enlightment.

Chakras have crystals associated with them that cleanse, activate, or align their subtle energies. Specific colour crystals can be used for Chakra Healing; these crystals can be selected to energize or sedate a chakra..

What a magnificant gift nature has given us. The creation of crystals and precious stones is all carried out by Mother Earth over such a long period of time. Crystals and healing stones come in a variety of shapes, colours and many have been around for millions of years.

Put simply, they are an energy storage receptacle with electromagnetic power. Modern technology uses them in computers, communications and laser technology, but for thousands of years they have been used for healing, protection and magical talismans.
How do they work?

It is well known that crystals are amplifying reflectors capable of vibration. When used correctly they can heal and enhance our Spiritual, inuitive and pyschic capabiltites. It is believed there is an energy interchange between certain parts of our brain and the stone or crystal. This energy blends with our aura, helping to clarify thoughts and settle our mind, heal the body and replenish our soul. When being held, the crystal recieves our energy, processes it, then projects this energy out into the universe in a focused way.
