This obviously isnt much of a secret..but i have not seen or heard of any other web-site explaining how to do it!
Lift the lid of ur gamecube and look underneath u should see 2 little "clips" to the right hand side of the centre piece (the plastic circle with the gamecube logo!)
now press the two "clips" togeather and the centre piece should easily pop out leaving u with a hole/space on the top of ur gamecube
u can fill this space with other "jewels" (which u get free with magazines etc....) EG:- last month gamecube magazine gave a free "rogue leader" jewel! or u can take apart the original "jewel" and replace the gamecube logo with anything u want!
For example my m8 took his original jewel apart and replaced the logo with a small canabis leaf (cool huh!?)obviously ul have to varnish the new piece(if ur adding ur own)so that it doesnt peel off again!
