White Wolf has gone to great lenghts to make the Vampire the Requiem game (V:tR) a more political game than its predecesor. Please use your common sense and do not bombard the game with combat characters (fighting machines) that have arsenals to rival the United States army and stats to match.
Mortals:
Follow basic creation guidelines from The World of Darkness core book (WW55000). If you want anything above these guidelines, consult with the members of the staff with your request.
Ghouls:
Follow basic creation guidelines from The World of Darkness core book (WW55000) and the Ghouls book (WW2511). If you want anything above these guidelines, consult with the members of the staff with your request.
Vampires:
Follow basic creation guidelines from Vampire the Requiem core book (WW25000). If you want anything above these guidelines, consult with the members of the staff with your request.
BLOODLINES
Bloodlines for PCs are not be approved at the moment, so please do not try to submit a character thus. On the good side, this rule shall come into review soon. Also there is no impediment for bloodlines to be reached In Character after some time (not to be done immediately). If you intend for your character to "awaken" a bloodline at some point during the game, this must have been notated on the character sheet upon submission.
Everyone is given 25xp for creation. No more, no less. It is the same amount for all. So please do not try to sneak your way into getting more, play often and make your way up that way.
ALL MERITS SHOULD BE AT LEAST MENTIONED ON THE BG. MORE SPECIFIC MERITS SUCH AS ALLIES, CONTACTS AND HAVEN HAVE TO BE FULLY DETAILED ON THE BG.
THE HAVEN MERIT HAS TO BE FULLY DETAILED ON THE BG, INCLUDING SECURITY MEASURES IN PLACE, SIZE AND BOROUGH WHERE IT IS LOCATED.
