The Play
I live in a world apart,
a world of sound and stage,
A world of feelings and things to be said.
Does this world control itself,
Or do I control this world?
Or maybe it just exists...
No matter who controls what,
this world is me, and I am this world.
It runs in my blood, and thrills in my veins.
Some people scoff at my world,
tell me my world can never exist.
But I know it does.
I live it on the stage and I live it in my mind.
And I live it in the play...
