"Hello... I am Selenia. I watch over Erin... and her 'interests'..." This page is going to be going through some MAJOR construction, so bear with me. At first this page was going to be for anything I liked but didn't give it's own page. Granted, I'm still going to do that, but I think I'm also going to add some of those silly "who am I?" quizzes that seem so popular right now. Some things I put here may eventually get their own pages. I'm trying to finish one thing at a time. :-) Nothing here is in any particular order, in case you were wondering. ;-)

From left to right (and in chronilogical order): The Ghatti's Tale: Book 1 Finders Seekers, Book 2 (not pictured) Mindspeakers Call, Book 3 Exiles Return. The Ghatten's Gambit: Book 1 Sunderlies Seeking, Book 2 The Farthest Seeking. The Ghatti's Tale and The Ghatten's Gambit series have become some of my favorite books of all time. Both seriers are written by Gayle Greeno, and they are all VERY good. :-) I highly suggest them. They are considered fantasy or sci-fi. The basics of the storyline are people from Earth, now known as 'Olde Earth,' left for some unknown reason and found the continent of Methuen. It was hard at first for the 'Spacers,' especially since the planet was already inhabited by natives: the Erakwas. As well as many different animals, including huge versions of cats known as Ghatti. Eventually the Spacers settle into generally three countries: Canderis, Marchmont, and the Sunderlies. Over the years the people of Methuen have had their troubles, but nothing like 'Gleaners.' Gleaner is a nickname that was developed for someone with psychic abilites who uses them to 'glean' people's minds. Gleaners have become a big concern for Seekers, people who Bond with Ghatti, 'big cats' with mindspeech and the ability to read human's thoughts. Seekers and their Ghatti act as juries to determine the truth behind cases and whether or not someone did what they are accused of. I don't want to give TOO much away, because the books rock. :-) The main character, or at least the one you follow around the most, is Doyce and her Bondmate Khar'pern. If you'd like to know more you can ask me, but like I said, I don't want to ruin it for anyone who gets to read the books. :-)

Four Winds Saga: Prelude The Steel Throne (not pictured), The Wind of Honor (not pictured), The Wind of War. The Five Rings Series, and it's sequel series, The Four Winds Saga have become my most recent favorite books. They are all based in Rokugan, a land where honor and samurai still live. The series is basically a mix of legends, myths, and histories of the Far East. All in all, a VERY cool book series. :-) You'll probably find these in the Fantasy section as well. These books are so good, they've even become a trading card game by Wizards of the Coast. :-) Again, these books are highly suggested by me. The Scorpion, Lion, and Phoenix are written by Stephen D. Sullivan. The Crane, Dragon, and Wind of Honor are written by Ree Soesbee. The Unicorn is written by Allison Lassieur. The Crab is written by Stan Brown. The Steel Throne is written by Edward Bolme. The Wind of War is written by Jess Lebow. To be released soon: Wind of Justice by Rich Wulf (June 2003), and Wind of Truth by Ree Soesbee (December 2003). Here's a link to a forum sponsed by Wizards. They have some great articles about L5R. My personal favorite is the Kaneka Complex. :-) Even if you haven't read the books, you'll find it funny. ;-) L5R Books - great articles, be sure to read the Kaneka Complex! :-) 
Like I said on my About Me page, I love all kinds of music, singers, and groups. I can't exactly give them ALL a mention, but I thought I should mention Avril Lavigne. It wasn't long after I heard her voice for the first time that she became one of my favorite singers. YuGiOh anime/cartoon series based on manga/comic book series by Kazuki Takahasi. Yugioh has recently become a favorite of mine. I know, I'm into a LOT of manga/animes, but still. :-) At first I didn't think I'd like it because it just looked like a more serious version of Pokemon, but boy was I wrong. The series is very cool. I think Yami Yugi is my favorite character. He's cute. ;-) I've also gotten into the TCG (trading card game, for those of you who don't know ;-) ). I didn't think I'd get into any TCG after Pokemon. The InuYasha anime/cartoon series based on manga/comic book series by Takahashi Rumiko. I saw InuYasha for the first time when I was visiting my parents. Bill and I had gotten home late, and while getting ready for bed I flipped through the channels on the TV. I stopped on Cartoon Network, and was a little suprised by what I saw. Later I found out it was InuYasha. After learning a little more about the show, and reading some of the manga, I can understand why so many people like it so much. :-) If you're an InuYasha fan, or want to find out more about it, you can visit these pages: Wonderland V 0.4 - Ask Fluffy - Very funny page where 'Fluffy' (nickname for Inuyasha's half brother Sesshoumaru, the cat demon) answers questions from mere mortals like us. :-) Wonderland V 0.4 - Guide to Not Feeling Emotions - If you want to be like Sesshoumaru (or just want to read something funny) you should go here. The guide on how to not feel emotions. :-) Sesshoumaru - Geez, it seems like everyone likes Sesshoumaru MORE than Inuyasha. :-) In any case, this is a good page. Cute adoptables. Chiisana Inuyasha - another fansite. Very interesting though, and worth visiting. Access Inuyasha - a VERY good Inuyasha page. Great gallery, and adoptables. 
Disney's Gargoyles. Unfortunately, Gargoyles has been taken off the air. :-( Or rather, no NEW episodes are being made. Reruns show on, Toon Disney I think?, around midnight. Gargoyles was a lot different from most Disney cartoons. It was also a great show. One of my favorite characters, Brooklyn, was even voiced by one of my one of my favorite voice actors, Jeff Bennett. :-) Jeff Bennett does a LOT of shows that I like though. That's why he's one of my favorite voice actors. ;-) Here are some great Gargoyles fan sites: The Gargoyles Fan Website - Probably the best Gargoyles site out there. Very organized too. :-) Gathering of the Gargoyles 2003 - If you're a big Gargoyles fan, be sure to go here. You might be interested in joining up with other Gargoyles fans. Disney's The Weekenders. Ah, the Weekenders. This was a great show. :-) Unfortunately, just like the Gargoyles, it's been reduced to only reruns, and only late at night. :-( It's a really funny show to. It stars four best friends, Tino, Tish, Lor, and Carver. Tino's mom and Tish's parents play pretty big parts too. Tino's mom is probably my favorite character. She's kinda funny and REALLY strange. Hmm.. sounds familiar? ;-) Tish's dad is voiced by, suprise: Jeff Bennett. He does everything doesn't he? ;-) Well, to prove that, I have some links to pages about him or with info on him after the Weekenders links. The Weekenders Shrine - I love that it's called the Weekender's Shrine. :-) It's a pretty cute site. The Weekenders - TV Tome - Here's a site for a little more factual information on the Weekenders. Creatures If you don't know what Creatures is, you probably think I'm strange, especially after looking at those Norns. :-) Creatures is a really fun game though. It might be a little tough to find now, because it's been out for a few years now. But if you look on ebay you should be able to find Creatures 1-3, maybe even all in one game. :-) Creatures, or norns which is their species name, are really cute and intellectual artificially intelligent creatures. They are social, like us :-), and they can learn and breed and live in general. The point is to actually raise as many generations as you can. If you're really good at it, especially with Creatures 2's genetic kit, you can breed your norns and possibly create new norn species. I've even heard of norns that have been born with the 'Highlander Gene,' which makes them immortal. Cool huh? :-) All in all, a great game. Welcome to The Creature Community - The official Creatures web site. Things have gotten a little quiet around the site, but it's still a great place to find info on the norns and fun stuff to download. Creature Labs - Unfortunately the Labs aren't as active as they used to be, but you can still get some great norn downloads and more info. Mummy's Creatures - A great Creatures fan site. If you REALLY want to get into creatures you can download some very interesting breeds here. Also has a great link section that leads to tons of other Creatures sites. :-) 
.hack Yes, the dot is there on purpose. ;-) Dot hack is a great video game. It's actually kind of a game in a game. I know that sounds confusing, but it really isn't. You play a person who is playing The World, which is the game inside hack. I know I've probably lost some people there. ;-) Basically you play a boy, Kite, who plays the game The World with his friend, Orca. Something goes wrong in the game, and in 'real life,' your friend goes into a coma. To find out what happened and try to find a way to save your friend, you go back to the World. All in al, a great game. Everyone I've talked to wished The World was a real online game. I think that would be awesome. Especially if it came with those special VR headsets. ;-) With the game comes a short movie that kind of explains things. Well, a little at least. ;-) The .hack//Sign show is REALLY great. Again, on cartoon network, which I currently don't have. :-( Anyway, here's a link to the official .hack webpage. I hope you have a fast pc though, because the intros might take a second to load, but they're great. :-) .hack//Sign - The official .hack webpage. Lots of info, great graphics. 
The Sims, by Maxis and EA Games. The Sims is probably my favorite pc game of all time, right up there with Oregon Trail. :-) There are all kinds of ways of playing, and levels of control. You can let your sims live life the way they want to, 'direct' them towards improving their lives, torture them to death, or whatever else you can think of, having tons of fun in the process. :-) The general idea is to try to make your sims as prosperous as possible, and eventually find love and raise a family. Of course, you don't have to. :-) The Sims for Playstation2 is also a cool game, but it actually has set goals and such, so if you're not into doing whatever you want with no real point to it, I suggest that version of the game instead. ;-) Expansion packs are comming out all the time as Maxis works hard to improve the game even more. Your sims can go on dates, vacation, and even own pets. Basically: The Sims rocks. :-) If you haven't played it yet, where have you been? ;-) The Sims - Maxis/EA Games official Sims webpage. TONS of info, screenshots, and ordering ability. Also a great place to download other player's sims and house/lot/shops ideas. Welcome to SimsPlus! - SimsPlus! isn't officially sponsered by Maxis/EA Games, but it's still a great site. There are tons of sites to download sim skins/faces/objects from, but this one's the best. I suggest downloading the File Cop so you can scan all your downloads for defects before inserting them into your game. You could download pets here before they were even available through the Unleashed expansion. :-) Comics You already know I'm a big Cartoon/anime fan, did you know I also love comics? ;-) My dad used to have to fight me for the comics section of the newspaper, especially on Sundays. I love almost all the comics, but I do have a few favorites. Peanuts is a classic, but it's more my dad's favorite than mine. Don't get me wrong, I like it a lot, but I think I'd have to say my favorite comic strips are Rose is Rose by Pat Brady, Dilbert by Scott Adams, and Luann by Greg Evans. I was hoping to show my favorite strip from each one, but as of yet I haven't gotten a response to my written request. :-( Oh well. Here are the links if you'd like to see these comics. Rose is Rose - Rose is Rose website. Rose has an interesting point of view on life I generally share. :-) Dilbert - I think anyone who has ever had a job will find Dilbert funny. :-) I love his sarcastic outlook. Luann - Luann actually wasn't part of the comic strips I grew up on, but I saw it on a show about the artist being reunited with his daughter, so I looked for it online and read it. It's actually pretty cute. Sometimes it takes the point of view of the parents raising teens, and other times it's from Luann's point of view as she goes through life. On to the Quizzes!
Okay, so I actually started with two things that AREN'T quizzes. ;-) I think they're funny in an odd sort of way, so I put them here. They're both just for fun, and actually from the same site too. They change everyday, so check back. :-) After this is just the quizzes. I don't think I'm going to make any other comments, I'll let the quizzes speak for themselves. ;-) I actually find it kind of interesting how many times I got two answers from the same quiz. Honestly! According to the directions I read, when that happens it means you're actually both. Cool, huh? ;-) If anyone knows of a quiz I haven't taken and put here that they'd like to see, please feel free to let me know. 
A GREEN Dragon Lies Beneath!I took the Inner Dragon online quiz and found out I am a Green Dragon on the inside. My Inner Dragon is the embodiment of Nature and the Earth. Greens spend almost all of their time below the canopy or just above the treetops in tropical rain forests. Not a bad life considering every other creature in the forest looks up to me, figuratively and literally. I speak the language of every animal and plant in my domain and know most of them by first name. If people mess with my forests, I'm more than happy to wail on their puny butts. Because of my protector/caretaker role, I am the Earth Elemental dragon.Naturally my whole life pretty much revolves around the other couple million species I keep an eye on, but that's not my whole dragon. I also like to like to impose my steadfast will on others, commune with Nature, and lobby governments for alternative fuels and conservation. Folks shouldn't get the idea I'm a hippy pushover though, because my breath weapon is a nasty Fire/Acid combination. Maybe I should invest in a hemp shirt reading "Don't knock my smock, or I'll clean your clock." *wink*
