Well if you can't tell already, I'm a Sailor Moon fan. :-) I like a lot of anime in general, but Sailor Moon is probably my favorite. It's also the first one I ever started watching, even with my dad saying every other day "that looks just like Speed Racer." ;-) I'm just starting to get this page up and I'm going to be working on it a lot, so check back often. First are character profiles, then at the bottom I have some great images. Again, this will probably take a minute to load, sorry. Also, this page is definitely better if viewed with the screen maximized. ~The Sailor Moon anime/cartoon series is based on the manga/comic book series by Takeuchi Naoko~ 
The Inner Scouts
I am Sailor Moon, the Senshi of Justice. Also known as Serena Tuskino (American) or Usagi Tsukino (Japanese, which means "Bunny of the Moon".) But Raye likes to call me "Meatball Head." My birthday is June 30th. I live with my mom, dad, and annoying little brother Sammy. (In Japanese my dad's name is Kenji, mom is Ikuko, and brother is Shingo.) Sometimes Rini lives with us too, and when she left, Chibi Chibi showed up. I love Darien/Tuxedo Mask. He's my future husband. I also love my cat Guardian Luna. One day I will become Neo Queen Serenity, but for now, I'm plain old clumsy Serena. I believe we can create a perfect world without anyone having to get hurt or sacrificed in order to do it. 
Hi there! I'm Sailor Mini Moon! (Chibi Moon in Japanese) My real name is Rini (Chibi Usa in Japanese, which means "small rabbit"), but some people like to call me "Small Lady." My birthday is June 30th, just like my future mom, Serena! I come from the 30th century's Crystal Tokyo. I was sent to the past because the Dark Moon was trying to take over Crystal Tokyo. Even with my Luna ball, Luna P, to keep me company and Pluto's messages that I got through it, I wasn't very happy in the past, and the evil Wise Man changed me into Dark Lady. But the Scouts rescued me and changed me back. I returned home when things were safe, but my mom sent me back to train how to be a Sailor Scout. That's when I met and became best friends with Hotaru. My Guardian cat is Diane, Luna and Artemis's future daughter! 
Nice to meet you. I am Sailor Mercury the Senshi of Intelligence, Ami Anderson (Japanese and eventually American too: Ami Mizuno, which means "Friend of Water".) My birthday is September 10th, and I live with my mother who is a doctor. I want to be a doctor some day too. After Serena, I was the first Sailor Scout Luna discovered. I love to study, and work hard at getting good grades, and sometimes the other scouts tease me for it, but I don't mind. There is a guy I kinda like... Greg... but he has to move around a lot because of his dad's job, and he used to be a rainbow crystal carrier. That's okay though. Between being a Scout and studying so much, I don't really have time for guys anyway. 
Hello! I am Sailor Mars, the Senshi of Fire. My real name is Raye Hino (Rei Hino in Japanese, which means "Spirit/Beauty of Fire".) My birthday is April 17th. I live in the temple on Cherry Hill with my grandpa and Chad. Grandpa and I like to fight, and I like chasing Chad around with a broom. ;-) I was the second Sailor Scout Luna found. I go to a different school than Serena, Ami, and Lita. They never say the name in the American version, probably because it's a private Catholic Girl's school. I have a special ability to sense things and sometimes forsee the future. I can also 'read' fire. It's pretty neat. 
Hey there. I'm Sailor Jupiter, the Senshi of Courage, and don't you forget it. My name is Lita Kino (Makoto Kino in Japanese, which means "Wisdom of Wood") but according to Melvin I'm the "Karate Maniac." I'm the third and final Scout Luna found. My birthday is December 5th. I live alone because my parents were killed in a plane crash (never mentioned in the American version) and a rich uncle sends me money to live off of. I go to the same school as Serena and Ami, Crossroads Jr. High (Juuban Jr. High in Japanese), but I wear the uniform from my old school because Crossroads didn't have any that fit! I used to have a boyfriend named Ken who's also like a brother to me (he's the one who gave me my earrings.) Now every guy I see reminds me of him! ;-) My other passions are cooking and plants. I'm good with both. 
Hey you. I'm Sailor Venus the Senshi of Love, or just Sailor V for short. My real name is Mina Aino (Minako Aino in Japanese, which means "Surrounded by beauty of love.") My birthday is October 22, and I live with my parents and Cat Guardian, Artemis. He's the one who found me. I'm the only scout he found. ;-) We used to live in England, and since there were no monsters I fought normal bad guys like robbers, so the Sailor V movies and video game are made after me! Cool huh? I go to a different school than Serena, Ami and Lita, but in the American version they never give it a name. In the Japanese version it's Shibakouen Jr. High. For a while we thought I'd be the moon princess, but then we realized that Sailor Moon is. (Duh! ;-) ) I think the thing I miss most about being 'normal' is Volleyball. I always loved it, and I was good at it too. 
Hello, I am Tuxedo Mask. I have also been known as Prince Endymion of the Earth, Moonlight Knight, and will eventually be known as Neo King Endymion. My real name is Darien Chiba/Shields (changed halfway through the US series, Mamoru Chiba in Japanese, which means "Earth Protector.") My birthday is August 3rd. I don't really remember my family because my parents died in a car crash when I was 6. After that, I suffered from amnesia, and have always just assumed my name is really Darien. It wasn't until I was older I found Serena and learned of my past. 
The Outer Scouts
Hello. I'm Sailor Neptune, the Senshi of Beauty, but you can call me Michelle (Michiru Kaiou in Japanese, which means "Full, Kng of the Ocean".) My favorite things to do are paint and play the violin. It has always been my dream to do those things for my career but I'm afraid that being a Sailor Scout is more important and must come first. A long time ago Uranus, Pluto and I used to guard the Silver Millenium Kingdom from a distance. Because our jobs were so hard and lonely, Queen Serenity gave each of us our own castle. I'm sad that she and the kingdom are gone, but I'm glad we can finally all be together and stop being lonely. Especially since I love being with my cousin, Amara. I'm the one who told her she was a Sailor Scout. We used to attend Mugen School as a cover to find the Heart Snatchers Headquarters se up there, lead by Professor Tomoe, Hotaru's dad. I'm so glad we didn't have to destroy Hotaru. At first we thought we did to stop the Sovreign of Silence, then to stop Sailor Saturn! But Saturn ended up saving the day, even though she used up her powers and got turned back into a baby. She was such a cute little baby though. :-) Now we more or less raise her. 
My name is Sailor Uranus, and I am the Senshi of Strength. My real name is Amara (Haruka Tenou in Japanese, which means "Rumours Cloud and Sky King".) My birthday is January 27th. Some people think I'm weird becase I look like a girl but I usually dress like a boy. The fact never made it to the American version (yeah right, like our censors would allow this) but in the Japanese version I am a hermaphrodite (actually in the comic book when Neptune and Uranus meet Moon for the first time, Neptune says "Uranus is male.. and female.. and has the strengths of both".) Just an interesting fact. My love is racing. I want to be faster than the wind. Mostly so I can out run my past... I'm not always the most willing to be a Sailor Scout, but I can't let Michelle do it alone. Our first mission was to find the pure heart crystal carriers, but little did we know they were us! My pure heart crystal tailisman is the Space Sword. 
Good day. I am Sailor Pluto, the Senshi of Time. I am also Trista (Setsuna Meioh in Japanese, which means "An Instant, King of Dead".) My birthday is October 29th. If you haven't already guessed, I'm the Guardian of time. It was with my powers that Small Lady, Rini, could travel back and forth through time. My pure heart crystal Tailisman is the Garnet Orb which sits atop my staff. It protects me from harm. Like Lita, I love plants, and I'm actually a Scientist's assistant in a lab that works with them. After Hotaru was turned into a baby, I basically became her mother, even though Michelle, Amara and I all work on raising her. I just love children, especially Rini and Hotaru. 
Hi! I'm Sailor Saturn the Senshi of Death and Rebirth, Hotaru Tomoe (my name didn't change from Japanese, guess I'm special :-) It means "Dragonfly of Death".) My birthday is January 6th. Everyone was afraid of Sailor Saturn at first, but that's because I have enough power to destroy a planet. Truth be told though, I also get destroyed when I do that. The Scouts learned that soon enough. I also have the power to heal. I'm so glad Super Sailor Moon saved me so I could return as a baby. Before all that though, my dad Professor Tomoe was a scientist, and when I was in his lab one day there was a big explosion and fire. I died, but Pharoah 90 appeared and offered that if daddy became his slave, he would save my life. It turns out to "save my life" he put Mistress 9 inside me. That and (in the Japanese version/comic) my daddy replaced some of me with robotic pieces, like my elbow, so I was part cyborg too! I'm so glad Rini looked past all that and remained my friend. Now Mistress 9 is defeated and I'm good again! 
The Cat Guardians
Luna is Serena's Cat Guardian. Luna found all of the Inner Scouts except Venus. With the Luna Disguise Pen the Scouts could do a little undercover work. It seems Luna can always save the day. Although she loves Artemis, there was a point in her life when she really wished she could be human. Her wish was granted for one night so she could make the human she loved believe in the Moon Princess he sought after. Aww, isn't she pretty? Just a note: Luna is another name for the Moon. :-) 
Artemis is Mina's silly Cat Guardian. In the US version, they even make Artemis seem a lot younger than Luna, when he really isn't. For a while he gave Luna advice without her knowing, claiming to be "Base Command," but Luna eventually found out. Artemis found Mina, Sailor Venus, and went with her when she lived in England. Eventually they found their way back and the team was finally complete. Side note: Artemis is the Greek God of dreams, and the messenger for the Moon Goddess. :-) 
Diane/Diana (again, confusion with switches of names made in the US version) is Rini's Guardian Cat. She's also the future daughter of Luna and Artemis, as well as being really cute! :-) At first Rini only had her Luna ball, but when she returns to Earth again when she's a few years older for Scout training, she brings Diana with her. Quite a suprise to Luna and Artemis to say the least. ;-) Another note: Diana is the Greek Goddess of the Moon.

The Starlights/Sailor Stars
Princess Kakyuu is the Starlights' princess. She is also known as Princess Fireball. Her world was destroyed by the evil Galaxia, and her spirit captured and used by Galaxia to become even more powerful. Before she died, Kakyuu sent the Starlights away to protect them. When they came to Earth and found the Sailor Scouts and that Galaxia was now trying to take their spirits too, they tried to help Serena and her scouts. On Earth they become famous singers to cover their secret idenities. Although technically male, they trasform into females. There are rumors they prefer female, but who knows? ;-) 
Sailor Star Fighter's real name is Seiya Kou ("Light of the star arrow" in Japanese) and her birthday is July 30th. Seiya is the unofficial leader of the Starlights after Kakyuu dies. Because of Serena's resemblance of Kakyuu, Seiya falls in love with her, and the mixed emotions confuse Serena, but she never betrays her Darien. After they free Darien's spirit, Serena returns to him. 
Sailor Star Maker's real name is Taiki Kou ("Light of the big air" in Japanese) and her birthday is May 30th. One of the reasons Seiya becomes leader is Star Maker and Healer aren't as good fighters. Taiki's main power is the ability to 'make stars.' Not much is known yet about the Starlights, so unfortunately I can't comment much about them. :-( 
Sailor Star Healer's real name is Yaten Kou ("Light of the night sky" in Japanese) and her birthday is Febuary 8th. Yaten supposedly has major healing abilities, but again, not much is known about the Starlights, so I don't know how true that is or not. 
Chibi Chibi ("Tiny" in Japense) is kind of hard to explain. Chibi, or Rini, is Serena's future daughter, whereas Chibichibi isn't even part of Serena's real family. She shows up around the same time as the Starlights, and just like Rini did, convinces Serena's mom that she's one of Serena's cousins and lives with them for a while. She's also hard to explain because she isn't really a scout. She's actually all that's left of the "good" essense of Galaxia. Supposedly Kakyuu, once trapped inside Galaxia, freed her and sent her to Serena. Again, the Starlights season hasn't been released yet, so a ton of information isn't available. :-( It's assumed that just like Serena and Rini, Chibichibi's birthday is June 30th.

These are two of my favorite images. The one above is a group shot of everyone; Inners, Outers, Starlights, and even the Guardian Cats! :-) Below is a beautiful drawing of Neo Queen Serenity with the Inner Scouts in Crystal Tokyo. 
I put these two images together for the purpose of showing how much Princess Serena ends up looking like her mom, Queen Serenity. On the left is Queen Serenity getting ready to send Serena and her court (the scouts) to the Earth for new lives as evil Queen Beryl destroys the Silver Millenium Kingdom. On the right is Serena as Neo Queen Serenity of Crystal Tokyo. (If your screen isn't maximized, one will be on top of the other.) 
Ahh, the evolution of Serena. :-) Left to right, top to bottom: Young Serena giving a rose to Darien in the hospital (she was actually there to give the roses to her mom who just gave birth to her little brother) normal everday Serena, Serena trasformed into Princess Serenity in her fight with Beryl, Super Sailor Moon after saving baby Hotaru from Master Pharoah 90, Eternal Sailor Moon fighting Galaxia, Angel Princess Serenity in the final Battle with Galaxia where her true self and all the scout souls she's stolen are freed, and of course you already know she eventually becomes Neo Queen Serenity so I used this Eternal Angel image instead. :-)

And last but certainly not least, a Chibi Jupiter Angel, followed by Sailor Jupiter posing. Everyone always tells me how much I look like Lita/Sailor Jupiter, and I kind of agree - at least a little. :-) Jupiter being my favprote scout also helps ;-) Hope you enjoyed my Sailormoon page! :-)
