THE HORROR! OF MOLOCH333

AENIGMA (4) Uncut Letterboxed and English. Not a bad film with some gore. Has the scene with the naked chick being attacked by hundreds of snails and slugs, they crawl over every inch of her body.

AFTER DEATH (4 1/2) AKA "Zombie 3". Ohhh-hoo-ohhh-oooo livin' after deathhhhh!*singing* Gotta love that cheesy theme song! A group of people go to a tropical island and discover zombies brought to life by a voodoo curse. Surprisingly good horror fun and gory.

ANTHROPOPHAGUS: THE BEAST (5) Uncut version of Joe D'Amato's classic gore epic released here in the states as Grim Reaper and cut to shit. This is the complete print with all the extra gore and the infamous fetus and intestine eating scene. George Eastman, his wife and kids are shipwrecked, Poor George turns into a cannibal, eats his wife and kids then goes on a murderous rampage.-Blackest Heart Media

ANTHROPOPHAGUS 2 (4 1/2) AKA "Monster Hunter". This blood-thirsty sequel to The Grim Reaper follows the cannibalistic monster with superhuman strength on a bloody, gory rampage still pursued by a priest with the knowledge of how to destroy him. The film credits have listed Peter Newton listed as director, he's really Joe D'Amato, one of Italy's best horror directors.-Horror Movie Theater

ANTHROPOPHAGUS (4 1/2) Andreas Schnass' remake of the Joe D'Amato gut munching classic classic Anthropophagus: The Beast. In Gernman, no Subs but if you've seen the original you'll be able follow this one.-333

AUDITION (5) From Takashi Mike, director of FUDOH and DEAD OR ALIVE! A producer, who's wife has been dead for seven years, longs for a relationship and a mate again. He is soon given the opportunity to cast a new film and uses this opportunity to find his perfect mate. He sets his sights on a hot young mama, she seems moral, innocent and everything he could ask for in a woman...But is she? I really don't want to give away anymore of this puppy, you have to see it to believe it. It is without a doubt one of the most painful, unrelenting, emotionally intense film experiences I have ever endured. With English subs.-Blackest Heart Media

BABY BLOOD (4 1/2) French director Alain Robak pulled out all the stops with this ultra violent 1990 horror film. The sadistic owner of a circus caravan beats and batters his pregnant wife. A leopard, recently obtained by the circus suddenly dies resulting in some type of mutant parasite exiting the leopards' remains and entering the Circus owner's wife in the very best exploitive way possible!! The parasite "posesses" the woman's fetus!!! and is soon encouraging the woman to committ all sorts of murderous acts, causing unimaginable internal pain if she does not cooperate! Why? Seems the little devil needs blood to feed on. A major league splatfest that was cut to ribbons when released in the U.S. as "The Evil Within". In French, no Sub-Titles.-Crimson Cult Video

BAD TASTE (5) Peter Jackson's gore classic in excellent quality from laser disc. Made for pennies, but worth millions to most Gore-hounds. A totally exhilarating experience that ranks right up there with the Evil Dead. Complete and uncut.-Blackest Heart Media

BATTLE ROYALE (5) Takeshi Kitano's legendary movie about a group of 9th grade students who are abducted and placed on a deserted island and given three days to kill each other off till only one survives. To spur on the competition, explosive collars on the kids necks explode if they break a rule or waste too much time, and two strangers are added to the class to help keep the kill rate high. A great movie.

BIOTHERAPY (3+) - Ultra gross, short (approx 35min.) horror film from Japan follows takes the Frankenstein story to ultra gore levels as a mad scientist has to deal with the consequences of his "human monster" creation. Uncut, fullscreen print in Japanese with no Eng. subs. (Believe us, you don't need subs to enjoy this over the top tale!!)

BIO ZOMBIE (5) Cool Hong Kong zombie film that borrows a bit from Resident Evil and the zombies look as if they were pulled out of a Romero film! Over all its one of the best HK films I've seen in years and a great addition to the zombie genre. Its an incredibly crafted zombie film with numerous plot twists and some bad ass camera work. Uncut letterboxed and English subtitles!-Blackest Heart Meidia

THE BLACK CAT (4+) Finally a letterboxed print of Lucio Fulci's "almost classic" The Black Cat! If you tried to watch the non-letterboxed US release you know what a pain in the ass it is, this one is the only way to watch it.-Blackest Heart Media

THE BLACK CAT (3+) Directed by L. Cozzi. I'm not really sure how to explain this flick but basically it's Cozzi's answer to Argento's Three Mothers Trilogy. Since it doesn't look like Argento is going to make his third 3 Mothers film, Cozzi decided to try. He even lifted parts of Suspiria's soundtrack! Well, it's not a great film, but has some cool gore and it is worth a look for fans of Suspiria and Inferno.-Blackest Heart Media

BURNING, THE (4+) Fuck Friday the 13th! Now this is how a slasher/camp movie should be done! A practical joke goes bad at Camp Blackfoot when teenagers accidently set the asshole camp caretaker Cropsy on fire, burning him horribly. Five years later, sickenly disfigured Cropsy is released from the Hospital...I'm sure he'll just forgive and forget, right?! Aw, fuck that shit! They all gots to DIE! With his trusty hedge clippers in hand a bloodbath will ensue! Fingers will be chopped off! Throats will be slit(thanks to the awesome gore FX of Tom Savini!)! Just like in "Scream", the only way to survive is to be a virgin. Be sure to look for a VERY young Jason Alexander as one of the campers. I believe this is the uncut version?-333

BURNING MOON, THE (4 1/2) We find Peter in a frenzied fantasy of unspeakable carnage. So consumed is he in his grim orgy of drug abuse, torture and blood-letting, that he is compelled to share his visions. Peter shows quite a "gift" for visualizing each of his hideous hallucinations for his sister, in a vile collection of "bedtime stories". Directed by Olaf "Premutos" Ittenbach. Review taken from http://www.germanvideo.com/horror_films/horror.html

CANNIBAL APOCALYPSE (5) Classic Italian flesh eating masterpiece. John Saxon and John (The Gates Of Hell, Make Them Die Slowly!) Morghen become cannibals after being tortured in a POW camp in Vietnam. They come back after the war but can't seem to kick their addiction to human flesh. This is the complete uncut version with all the eye gouging, throat ripping, head bashing, and gut exploding. Features one of the best FX's in Italian horror film history when Mr. Morghen gets a giant hole blown in his torso!-Blackest Heart Media

CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST (5) In perfect uncut and uncensored letterboxed quality. Comes with the original trailer and interview with director Ruggero Deodato! In Japan it's the biggest selling movie next to ET! This is the most outrageous cannibal film I've ever seen, totally blows away all other films of its kind. This film has been cut and censored all over the world because of all the extreme violence against animals. Also, rumors started in France that it was a real snuff film! Supposedly men were really dismembered, beheaded, and castrated. Of course this was all a bunch of shit, but real animals were killed during the film and the human carnage in the film is extremely realistic.-Blackest Heart Media

CAT O' NINE TALES (5) Early Argento that's just as fun as his later stuff, about a blind guy trying to solve a murder. This version has all the graphic violence cut from the TV print that is going around. Uncut & letterboxed.-Blackest Heart Media

CHARLIE'S FAMILY (4-screening copy) Jim Van Bebber(Dead Beat At Dawn, My Sweet Satan) film that examinines the mystique of Charles Manson his family. Van Bebber's best film yet in my opinion!

CONTAMINATION (5) New upgrade print of Alien Contamination, contains all the gore cut for the US release. Very gory Italian Alien rip-off with some of the best exploding bodies ever committed to film. Directed by Lulgi Cozzi.-Blackest Heart Media

THE CONVENT (4 1/2) This is an American production that has yet to find a distributer in this country. This is the uncut British print. It stars Adrienne Barbeau and Coolio(don't worry, he's only in it for about a minute). A group of college kids break into an old abandonded convent and unleash a pack of violent demon nuns! It's gore galore as they battle both demons and a group of Satanists to prevent the birth of the Antichrist! This wild flick is VERY gory for an American production. Decapitations, face rippings, head bashings, eye gougings, and other acts of heinous violence. Great stuff!

CURSE OF THE SCREAMING DEAD (4 1/2) Deer hunters arouse civil-war zombies in an abandoned churchyard. A rousing walking rebel gore fest. (1982)-Horror Movie Theater

DAWN OF THE DEAD: DARIO ARGENTO CUT (5) aka ZOMBIE: DAWN OF THE DEAD. When Dawn Of The Dead was released in Italy if was titled Zombie and featured different scenes, slightly different music, and quicker paced editing! In most people's opinion it is much more entertaining than Romero's version of the film that was released here in the US. Try out the Italian version of the film now! Its in English and excellent quality!-Blackest Heart Media

DAWN OF THE MUMMY (5) Cool, hard to find US-Italian-Egyptian co-production of one of the few mummy/gore flicks. A fashion photographer and his crew decide to shoot a layout in a freshly cracked tomb, and now, naturally, all must die. The Pharaoh and his servants are not the slow, shuffling mummies of yor, no mi amigo, these pickled pyramid dwellers are quick to gouge out eyes, rip-out guts, tear open arteries and smash heads! The way it should be. review taken from:http://www.vidjunkie.com/horror.htm

THE DEAD PIT (Un-cut Director’s Version) (5) A very rare and unknown treasure. A zombie movie as gory and gruesome as any made by Romero or Fulci. An evil doctor begins to do inhuman experiments on patients of the mental institution he’s head of. All of his failed experiments are dumped into a pit in the large chapel building where he experiments. His partner, no longer able to watch, follows him in one night, shoots him in the head, and the evil doctor falls into the pit. His partner then concrete seals the building. 25 years later, a young woman comes to the institution, which is now headed by the former partner, with amnesia. He uses hypnosis as a way of trying to regain her memory. What happens is the doctor of years past arises from the pit with his army of zombies and ravages the occupants of the hospital. This version has gore many scenes cut from the American version.

DEMONIA (5) Fulci delivers the goods this time! Nuns are crucified, and a guy is ripped in half. Nuns come back from the dead after their resting place is disturbed by some meddling archeologist.-Blackest Heart Media

DEMONIAC (5) AKA "The Sadist of Notre Dame" and "Exorcism". Demoniac...pratitioner of gruesome satanic rites. Jess Franco's 1979, self reflective, horror film is considered a seminal cult classic. Violent, blasphemous and mean spirited, Director Franco has the lead role as a psychotic, self proclaimed, inquisitor, mangling and mutilating those women of loose, moral character who ply their trade along the streets of Paris. Wizard Video version.

DER TODESKING (4 1/2) Jörg Buttgereit's tale of a chain letter that causes the recipients to succumb to the dark seductions of suicide. Seven days, seven suicides all in the name of Der Todesking! English Subs.-333.

DOOR TO SILENCE (5) Duel meets Jacob's Ladder in Lucio Fulci's final film(R.I.P.). Not much gore wise, but still a fun movie with a great surprise, shock ending...(oh, how ominous!)-333

EL TOPO (4+) The dubbed version of this classic is optically censored because its from a Japanese disc. Directed by Alexandro Jodorowsky, this is IMO his undisputed masterpiece! Best described as a Zen Western on Acid. Not a horror movie exactly, but El Topo contains enough fucked up weirdness and blood shed to satisfy any gorehounds lust for blood. Okay, here’s the plot: The film opens with El Topo and the Son of El Topo(who isn’t allowed to clothes for some reason) riding their horse into a town that is littered with hundreds of dead bodies and river of blood. What does this have to do with anything, I have no idea, but the visual is amazing! Anyway, El Topo and son next meet the General and his men who like to rape Priests(thank god for optic censoring!). Of course, being the total fucking badass that he is El Topo kills everyone, frees the Priests, steals the Generals girl who he dumps his son for, leaving him in the care of the Priests. To win the love of this dumb bitch, El Topo begins a quest to defeat five Masters in battle. After doing so, said dumb bitch attempts to kill El Topo and dumps him for her lesbian lover(woo hoo!). He’s soon rescued by a group of outcast midgets and amputees(the trademark of any Jodorowsky film)who are horribly deformed thanks to years of inbreeding(hmm, sounds like the people who live in my town), and forced to live underground(trapped underground actually) by the cruel and intolerant towns people above. El Topo falls in love with a midget, and decides to atone for past sins by freeing the freaks from their underground prision. Everthings going great until Son of El Topo shows up, all grown up(and now allowed to wear clothing thank god) and more than just a little pissed at dear ole' Dad for ditching him and leaving him with those Priests(and we all know what Priests do to little boys now don't we?), and tells him that he's gonna bust a cap in his ass just as soon as he's done helping free the freaks. After much digging and toiling(and a little bit of father/son bonding) El Topo finally frees the freaks, then things start to get REALLY weird...-333

ERASER HEAD (5) A hallucigenic nightmare directed by David Lynch, where even the mundane is both beautiful and frightening. A tale isolation, suffering, emptiness, and a very, very premature baby. "In heaven, everything is fine, in heaven..."-333

EROTIC RITES OF THE LIVING DEAD (4) A businessman buys a spa on a remote island not knowing it is infested by zombies. Completely un-cut and with a “X” rating! Because of the rarity of this film, the print is fair-good.

EVIL DEAD TRAP 2 (5) Hard gore Japanese horror in Japanese language with English sub-titles. A sexually repressed, overweight girl kills beautiful women while her sexy reporter girlfriend tries to find out who the killer is. The ending is not to be missed.-Horror Movie Theater

THE EQUINOX (5) Unreleased directors version of this 1971 classic! Features extra scenes, extra dialog, alternate footage and all sorts of bits and pieces of new shit that the US distributor cut from the film. Sam Raimi fans that aren’t familiar with this flick really need to check this shit out. It is painfully obvious that Raimi saw this before making Evil Dead 1 and 2. In fact, he blatantly ripped it off! Plot ideas, camera angels/direction, and the BOOK OF THE DEAD, were all lifted from this flick and used in EVIL DEAD 1 and 2. Shame on you Sam! At any rate this is a fun horror film worth checking out! And you will not see this director’s cut anywhere else.-Blackest Heart Media

FIVE DAYS IN MILAN(AKA LE CINQUE GIORNATE) (5) Totally under-rated Dario Argento film made between Four Flies and Deep Red. Feeling that the public was tiring of his thriller formula, Dario tried something different for this picture. "Five Days In Milan" is a (dark) comedy set during the events of a 1848 Italian Revolution, filled with as much violence, blood, amazing use of color as only Dario Argento can deliver.-333 & the book "Broken Mirrors/Broken Minds: The Dark Dreams of Dario Argento" by Maitland McDough

GATE OF HELL (4) No, not Gates plural the Fulci film, this is by Umberto Lenzi. An underground isolation experiment goes awry when a group of seven researchers release seven zombie monks who return to earth after seven hundred years to claim the souls of seven mortals, leaving seven punture wounds on their victims corpses. See a pattern forming yet? Yep, you guessed it: seven! A homage to Fulci's "Gates of Hell"? You know "seven gates to hell hide seven cursed places" and all that. Anyway, not a bad little film, with a bit of blood splashed about.-333

GEN 13: THE MOVIE (3 1/2+) Animated film based on the first three issues of the Image comic, which for some reason has yet to be officially released(maybe because it's too violent for American released cartoon?). Features the voices of Mark Hamill, the tasty Alicia Witt(you know, that hot goth witch in "Four Rooms"), and that talentless bastard Flea. Extremely faithful to the source material, not dumbed down at all.-333

GERMAN CHAINSAW MASSACRE AKA DAS DEUTSCHE KETTENSAGENMASSAKER (4 1/2) Directed by Christoph Schlingensief. A demented cannibal family from East Germany migrate west with the collapse of the Berlin Wall to feed of the capitalists who formerly oppressed them.-review taken from the book "Meat is Murder!: An Illustrated Guide to Cannibal Culture" by Mikita Brottman. Fucking weird movie... In German with Japanese Subs.

GRAPES OF DEATH (4 1/2) Rare version of Jean Rollins’ film with English sub-titles. A tainted batch of wine turns an entire town into zombies, murdering all who enter. Very gory and moody. Because of the rarity of this film, the print is fair-good.-Horror Movie Theater

GRAVEYARD DISTURBANCE (5) The uncut letterboxed version of Lamberto Bava's goofy-ass zombie movie, it sort of reminded me of Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things. And sticking with the tradition of cheap Italian film making Lamberto reuses the sets from Dinner With A Vampire. Its interesting at times and other times its just lame but over all it ends up being really funny. About a group of dumb kids (what else?) fucking around in a cemetery populated by a family of deformed zombies.-Blackest Heart Media

GUINEA PIG W/ENGLISH SUBS! (5) Guinea Pig Episode 3: The Memaid in excellent quality with ENGLISH subtitles! Also on the tape Guinea Pig #2 (He Never Dies).

HELL OF THE LIVING DEAD (5) Aka Night Of The Zombies. I first saw this Italian Dawn Of The Dead rip-off back in 84 at the drive in. I stayed far away from this hot turd of a film ever since. Maybe this fucker is like a fine wine and got better with age or possibly my tastes have changed, because this bad boy was a hell of a lot more fun than I remembered. Its gorier than shit with all the cool gore you expect from Italian zombies, has some music from Goblin (even if some of it was lifted from Dawn Of The Dead!), and has some of the most entertaining dialogue/dubbing since Fulci’s Zombie 3! I laughed and cheered along with this Italian cheese-fest from beginning to end. Director Vincent Dawn is a gawdamm genius and in another 10 years this will be hailed as a horror classic! In my eyes it already is. When was the last time you saw this one? It might be worth another look. Our copy is the complete version and its letterboxed too!-Blackest Heart Media

HOLY MOUNTAIN (5) D/Alejandro Jodorowsky. Made after El Topo and even harder to describe, surreal images, gore, odd religious symbolism, shaved heads, and nudity. A must see for any genre fan.-Blackest Heart Media

HORROR RISES FROM THE TOMB (5) One of Paul Nachy's best movies ever made. Decapitations, throat slices, severed limbs and more. Executed for witchcraft, a man returns to the present day when his head is reunited with his torso. UNCUT!

JUNK (5) Here's the one you gutmunchers have all been waiting for! Finally a full fuckin'-blown ZOMBIE MOVIE that never quits! Not only does it rattle the splattle in every fuckin' scene, but this full throttle gorefest is the best Asian movie I’ve seen in years! This brand spankin' new zombie epic is a "greatest hits" package of every single Lucio Fulci & George Romero film you've ever seen crossed with explosive John Woo-esque gun toting violence with a touch of Tarantino & KILLING ZOE tossed in too! It even rips off shit right out of ZOMBIE 3 and shamelessly swipes the cool ZOMBIE 3 soundtrack! Goremeisters, zombie fans, and blood-freaks will not be disappointed by the endless array of blood-soaked carnage depicted herein! Gory as all fuck, JUNK is the best ZOMBIE movie since Romero's Day Of The Dead. For once a film that does NOT live up to its title! Uncut letterboxed edition in English and Japanese with more than enough dialog to follow, so what the hells the problem?-Blackest Heart Media

LAST CANNIBAL WORLD (4 1/2) Ruggero Deodato's initial entry into the brutal Cannibal sub-genre of exploitation films highlighted by his classic "Cannibal Holocaust". Fullscreen, Eng. lang. print.-Crimson Cult Video

LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT (5) At last! (The almost) (Almost)UNCUT VERSION! Yes its here and so is all the other slime, sleaze, shit, filth, and trash Wes Craven smeared all over his camera lens back in 1973 when he was still a real filmmaker, instead of the Hollywood Whore he has become.-Blackest Heart Media

LEGION OF THE DEAD(4 1/2) Mark 5:9 "Then Jesus asked him, "What is your name?" "My name is Legion," he replied, "for we are many." The latest film by Olaf(Premutos, Burning Moon) Ittenbach, and it's in English to boot! Fuck yeah! "From Dusk to Dawn" meets "Premutos" when two bickering undead brothers who are "recruiting"(i.e.: killing) to create a Legion of the Dead, two friends who are unfortunate enough to hitch a ride with the "Kern River Killer", a beautiful Vampire who works as a waitress, and the Devil all meet up in a Restaurant in a small town, in a fuckin' hilarious battle between the forces of good and evil!

MAN FROM DEEP RIVER (4) After accidentally stabbing a man to death in Thailand, Ivan Rassimov flees to the deep jungle on a canoe cruise. He gets captured by a tribe of natives, tortured and treated like a slave. After a while, the tribe accepts him and he falls in love with a pretty native. An Exploitation film from Umberto Lenzi filled with plenty of jungle native nudity, tongue removals, people and animal slaughtering and cannibals killing and eating a woman. Uncut, uncensored, this version unreleased in the US. For those who are not easily offended. 1973

MEET THE FEEBLES (5) Early Peter Jackson film that delivers the goods with enough puppet fucking, drug use, and killing to keep any sicko happy.-Blackest Heart Media

MURDER ROCK (5) Directed by Lucio Fulci. A maniac wielding a hat-pin(?) takes out his vengeance out on nubile young dancers is this horror movie version of Flashdance...complete with a painfully BAD soundtrack(by Keith "Deep Red" Emerson?!). Oh god, the pain, make it stop, make it stop!(sorry Lucio)!!!-333

MUTANT ACTION (3 1/2) - Over the top insanity from Spanish director Alex de la Inglesia. This 1993 follow up to his highly acclaimed "Day of the Beast" follows a terrorist unit consisting of human freaks, who are the heroes of the film! Why? Well, because this future world is ruled and controlled by...drum roll please...good looking people! Can't have that, so our heroes kidnap a wealthy businessman's daughter, on her wedding day no less, hightail it to their spaceship and head off to the planet Axturias. Handsome dad will have none of that, so you know, "This means WAR"! Shot after shot of bloody carnage fills the screen in this hilarious, offbeat, psychotic concoction of a film.

NEKROMANTIK 2 (5) Director Jörg Buttgereit's corpse fucking materpiece.

NIGHTMARE CITY (5) Uncut letterboxed version of Umberto Lenzi's City Of The Walking Dead. An awesome print of this classic zombie film. In English.

PREMUTOS (4 1/2) No subtitles, not in English, but well worth it!!! Directed by Olaf Ittenbach (the maker of Burning Moon). Insane, disturbing, funny and tons of blood!  Independently made but they had a really nice budget. Way over-the-top, might even out do the body count in Braindead! Get this and the ending will blow you away. Some believe it is about a "fallen Angel" who wants to come back to earth to seed pain and death, but even though the film is in German with no English subtitles, it is comprehensible enough to see that the Anti-Christ is literally Christ reborn as King of the Undead... In order to return he needs one man that is reborn every time when he is killed. In many flashbacks you can see the many deaths of this man who now lives in Germany where he finally resurrects Premutos for the showdown, a apocalyptic mayhem that consumes the end of this movie - a battle against the undead that includes pistols, shotguns, swords, grenades, pick axes, chainsaws, scythes, machineguns and main battle tanks.

RATS: NIGHT OF TERROR (4 1/2) A group of post-apocalyptic bikers (led by Richard Raymond of Zombi 3) crash for the night in an abandoned section of an unspecified city. During the night, their numbers dwindle as mutant carnivorous rats feast upon them. Directed by Bruno Mattei( Caged Women and Night of the Zombies).

RAIDERS OF ATLANTIS (5) Ruggero Deodato's often overlooked 1983 fantasy/adventure film is filled with a goodly amount of the red stuff. A group of people on an island are being slaughtered in a variety of bloody and violent ways. What does this have to do with Atlantis? Well, the lost city does vaguely tie in but really, is that what we care about? Hell no, just pour on the gore please! Features a very pleasant decapitation by Nylon. Crimson Cult Video

THE RATS ARE COMING! THE WEREWOLVES ARE HERE! (4 1/2) Directed by Andy Mulligan. Set in 1899, film is about a woman and her new husband who arrive at the home of her crazy family of incestuous werewolves, ruled over by a 108 year-old patriach. They keep her brother Malcolm locked up in a room where he commits graphic cruelty to chickens and mice. Legendary "Z" filmmaking by Mulligan.-HORROR THEATER VIDEO

RETURN OF THE ALIENS DEADLY SPAWN (5) Supposedly a sequel to Parasite, this low budget, home grown splatter flick has surprisingly good FX (dig that multi-headed, incredibly toothy alien) and a bit of a cult following. Yeah, sure the acting is the pits, but honestly, have you seen this much blood in any American flick, lately? I thought not.-http://www.vidjunkie.com/horror.htm

RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD WORK PRINT (3) Working print of this classic 80’s zombie film. Tons of extra footage. Extra scenes, extra dialogue, alternate scenes. Lots of extras. Picture quality is crap, but the extra makes it worth it. Fans of this film will dig it.-Blackest Heart Media

REVENGE OF THE LIVING ZOMBIES AKA REVENGE OF THE FLESHEATERS(5) Directed by Bill Hinzman(who played the first zombie seen in the original Night of the Living Dead). A group of clueless drunken white trash frat brats out on a Halloween hay ride fall prey to a zombie plague which is unleashed when a zombie's(played by Hinzman of course) tomb is disturbed. Painfully bad acting, extreme gore, and a shower scene that seems to go on forever(gotta love that!) make this cheese fest mandatory viewing!-333.

REVENGE OF THE LIVING ZOMBIES AKA RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD (4 1/2) Rare zombie gore directed by Jean Rollins available in The U.S.. Three woman die after drinking milk tainted with a deadly toxic. A chemical spill next to the graveyard reanimates the three woman. Much gore and very graphic, with a surprise ending. In French with English sub-titles.-Horror Movie Theater

RING (3 1/2) This terrifying and suspense filled 1998 cult, horror, hit from Japan is now available from C.C.V. with English subtitles!! A news reporter investigates a possible link between the death of her cousin and a strange reports of a videotapes which cause the death of those who view it. Errie, atmospheric and downright scary. Do not miss this incredible Japanese horror film directed by Hideo Nakata!

SATANIS (3) The only documentary on Anton LaVey's(RIP) Church Of Satan in San Francisco. This film was banned in 1969 because of nudity and some risqui coven scenes. Sounds like a good time to me, Ave Sathanas!

SCHRAMM (4 1/2) Directed by Jorg Buttgereist. A German Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer, (except it's far more depraved and gory) about a loner who kills prostitutes and has bouts of delirium in which he fantasizes about fanged vaginal creatures. Has an amazing scene in which the main-man nails his pecker to a table! Weird, violent stuff. Subtitled

SHOGUN ASSASSIN (5) An epic Samurai film based on Kazuo Koike & Goseki Kojima's Manga masterpiece "Lone Wolf and Cub"(recently released in TPB format by Dark Horse Comics-buy it!) about the Shogun's decapitator and his son on the run from the Shogun. On there Path To Hell they fuck some shit up, killing everyone in their path. Gore fuckin' city, heads fly, arms, legs, and feet are cut off in splashy detail. The level of gore is equal to that of The Story Of Ricky & Braindead. Its one of the coolest and goriest films ever. Absolutely amazing and beautifully filmed, check it out, you won't be disappointed. In English too. If you dig Shogun Assassin, be sure to check out Versus for some more Samurai splatter!

THE SHRIEK OF THE MUTILATED (5) The most earth shattering sound - the desperate, helpless Shriek of the Mutilated! The Texas Chainsaw Massacre meets Scooby Doo(minus Scooby and the chainsaws) in this OOP Michael Findlay directed 60's horror movie. Four Anthropology students; the Hippie(Shaggy), the smart girl with glasses(Wilma), the hot chick(Daphne) and the preppie leader type guy(Fred) pile into the Mystery Machine(complete with requisite hippie daisy decals) and head to Boot Island to investigate mysterious Abominable Snowman(Yeti) sightings. One by one they are stalked by a carnivorous(or is that cannibalistic?) brutal rampaging beast...or so it seems.... Low budget gore, with some of the most hilariously bad acting I've ever seen(think H.G. Lewis), and some interesting plot twist make this a highly entertaining film.-333

SIEGE OF THE DEAD (5) The world is rotting...the dead are returning to life and they are hungry for human flesh. Lloyd Dobbler (LaVigne) walks alone down a deserted Georgia highway, traveling to the home of one of his survivalist friends for sanctuary, stopping only to apply a baseball bat to the skulls of any bothersome "deaders" that should happen to cross his path. Lloyd joins up with Lane and Jennifer Myer (Spearing and Andrichak) after their car takes out a deader intent on making a snack of Lloyd. Together they travel to the home of Martin Blanke (Beck), a man who clearly knows his weaponry and survival techniques and has fashioned his house into nothing less than a fortress. It is here that our heroes will make their stand against the "Siege Of The Dead". Shot on video. 55 minutes long.

SILIENT NIGHT, DEADLY NIGHT (5) Uncut version! Bearing the emotional scars of a young boy who has seen his mother and father brutally murdered by a savage killer in a Santa Claus costume, 18 year old Billy Explodes into a lethal frenzy when he's asked to put on a Santa Claus outfit, to play Santa at the Department store he works at. Gosh, I wonder what will happen? Hee, hee... Great movie, followed by multiple inferior sequels that sucked ass.-333.

SLAUGHTERHOUSE (4 1/2) Backwoods Lester Bacon and his fat son Buddy(who snorts) kill people as if they were cattle, and hang them on hooks in a dilapidated factory to save their farm in this Texas Chainsaw Massacre copy. It's pretty gory and opens with a montage of real hogs being slaughtered with funny music.-from the book: "Psychotronic Video Guide"

THE SMUGGLER (4) Upgrade of Fulci's masterpiece! Uncut letterboxed and in English. Violent gangster flick about feuding between Mafia families and police, over contraband and drugs. This is Fulci's most underrated flick, the levels of gore and violence rank up there with his bloodiest films (The Beyond, Zombie, etc.) with lots of extremely bloody shoot-outs, throats are blown out, big gapping holes are blown in people's heads, guts are blown out, people are violently stabbed to death, and a woman gets half her face burned off in sickening detail.-Blackest Heart Media

SODOM'S GHOST AKA: SODOMA'S GHOST (3 1/2) During WWII a castle was used by Nazi SS officers as a private brothel. Years later, a group of teenagers decide it would be cool to check out the old castle. Of course the ghosts of the Nazi's wreck havoc with the kid's plans, creating all kinds of holy hell. Complete with the expected amounts of gore and usual plot conventions. Unreleased in the US.

SPIDER LABYRINTH (4 1/2) A stylish Argento-ish film about an American lecturer who arrives in Budapest to meet a professor who has stumbled onto an over 4,000 years old mysterious evil sect. Lots of gore effects. (1988)-Horror Movie Theater

NAKED BLOOD (3 1/2+) Wow!! That's all we can say about this 90's Japanese gorefest! A slow start is worth the buildup for all you splatterhounds out there! A geeky teenager thinks he develops a serum to enhance and lengthen human life. A minor side effect develops when the unknowing guinea pigs (Three Women) determine that self mutilation and murder is a good thing!! The FX are amazing and EXTREME!! One of the many highlights include the removal and cannibalization of certain female body parts(her cunt, and it almost made me puke!-333) in graphic manner!!-Crimson Cult Video

STACY (5) The Zombie craze continues in Japan!! From first time director, Naoyuki Tomomatsu comes this 2001 release about Japanese schoolgirls who become zombified as the result of, possibly a viral plague, and gorily chow down on thier victims! Naturally, this does not please the general populace. The zombie girls, known as "Stacies" are hunted down but need more than a simple bullet to the brain to kill them. They need to be fully and completely disassembled, yes that means cut, chopped, sliced, diced into various zombie parts to be rendered inactive. Of course, a special zombie weapon is developed (well, actually a custom fitted chainsaw arm) to help assist with the matter. This is one bizarre Zombie flick that mixes the carnage and grue with a slower pace than such films as "Junk" and "Wild Zero", allowing for plot development and moments of unique, lighthearted, Nippon humor. Uncut, letterboxed, Japanese lang. print, No English Subs-Crimson Cult Video

STORY OF RIKKI OH (5) This live action Chinese film, (dubbed in English!) was a big fuckin' surprise. Buckets of blood! I kid you notinsanely gory. Decapitations, disembowelments, guts ripped out, heads smashed, holes punched through people. Fucking insane! Clips from the Story OF Ricky are used on Comedy Central's _The Daily Show_. One of the goriest films ever!

THREE ON A MEATHOOK (5) - Billy's Pa has warned him many times, "You know what happens when you get around women!" Everytime Billy meets that special girl, she always ends up getting brutally murdered. Wuz up wit dat?! But why doesn't he remember commiting such brutal acts? Hmm.... Film based loosely on the exploits of moloch333's favorite serial killer, the cannibalistic, human skin wearing and all around cool guy Ed Gein. I believe this film precedes the Texas Chainsaw Massacre by a couple years, but don't quote me on it.-333

TOWER OF SCREAMING VIRGINS (4) From 1968 comes this incredible, European, slice of horror/sleaze. See....there's this Tower...and some Virgins, running 'round the countryside. When they're rounded up and taken to the Tower for various, nefarious deeds against their persons..well...they Scream alot..Must see trash! -Crimson Cult Video

TRAUMA (5) From the acclaimed horror master, Dario Argento, himself comes an eerie unforgettable tale of terror for a beautiful young runaway(Asia Argento) and the man who helps her try and find the psychotic killer known as 'The Headhunter' who murdered her parents. This is the unrated version with Tom Savini's gore FX intact.

VERSUS (5) Can you believe it? Another killer, ultra-violent(maybe the most violent film ever?) Asian Zombie flick! Epic Samurai sword battles, Kung Fu, John Woo-esque gunplay(even the Living Dead are somewhat proficient with fire arms!), extreme gore and zombie gut munching, this film has it all!!! The plot: there are 666 portals that connect this world to the other side. In Japan exists the 444th portal... In ancient feudal Japan, a young Samurai sacrifices his girlfriend to prevent a Madman from opening the 444th portal. 400 years later, all the participants from the previous battle have been reincarnated, the Samurai now a Prisoner, escapes from jail with the help of a group of gangsters and is taken to the Forest of Resurrection(which also serves as the dumping ground for the gangsters victims). Deep within the Forest of Resurrection, where the dead walk, the immortal battle between good and evil begins anew!-333.

VIDEO DEAD (5) On a quiet tree-lined street evil has come in an unusual way; a haunted television that only plays a zombie movie, "Zombie Blood Nightmare" over and over. Somehow the zombies emerge through the TV into reality to begin their blood drenching killing. (1987)-Horror Movie Theater

A VIRGIN AMONG THE LIVING DEAD (5) AKA "Zombie 4". Starring Christina Blanc and Britt Nichols. Directed by Jess Franco. "I may be blind, but I can see the color of souls...and yours is white! That's why I'm here to help you! From my dark world of loneliness, I will pray for you. Heaven help you, heaven help you, HEAVEN...HELP...YOU!". 1971 film about a young woman summoned to a small village for the reading of her father's will. There her nights are filled with ghosts, strange manifestations and unexplained occurrences. But is this reality or simply nightmares? Features a cool Zombie sequence that was shoot by Jean Rollin. HQV Home Video U.S. version, which according to the Psychotronic Video guide(great book BTW!) is missing 37(!!!) minutes of sex & gore. Seeking a more complete copy...-333

VIOLENT SHIT 1 (4) Directed by Andreas Schnass. Violent Shit consists of no more than some rather young looking German in duds reminicsant of Jason in Friday The 13th part 2 pulling a Halloween type murder on his mother at a young and tender age. Years later on his way to a maximum security facility he escapes and goes on a gory killing spree in the surrounding wooded area before the extordinarily odd conclusion. Karl "The Butcher "Berger Shitter as he is called carves up any unfortunate fucker he comes across with a big ass meatcleaver which he just seems to have on hand. What we get are some nasty disembowelings, limb amputations, castration, a vaginal gutting, dismemberments, a guy completely cut in half with a tree trimming saw and the same parton getting the aforementioned saw through the face in gory close up detail. Review taken from: http://www.geocities.com/hollywood/lot/9587/vmrev/vioshit.htm

VIOLENT SHIT 2 (4) Directed by Andreas Schnass. The best import from Deutschland since Accept and Jorg Buttgereit. The film starts with a drug deal gone bad and the worst excuses for ninjas I've ever seen battling it out. Enter Karl Berger...Jr who offs the lone survivor. The rest of this shot on video production follows Karl the butcher as he kills and dismembers campers, workers, film goers, fishermen and everyone else who gets in his way. He frequently takes his time with his victims too. Karl's very much Germany's answer to Jason only his mask looks like a metal pail with slits and he wears camouflage while romping through the woods and elsewhere. Review taken from: http://home.earthlink.net/~brosenberger/violentshit2.html

VIOLENT SHIT 3 (4) Directed by Andreas Schnass. An indefensible, derivative, droning, and monotonous pile of truly violent shit...I loved every deranged minute of it! Discarding VS lure (if anyone is keeping track), Karl and Karl Jr. (now calling himself The Meister) control a small island, where they train (and quite frequently punish) their Infantry of Doom, who just seem to be hanging out for no ascertainable reason.  It looks like The Road Warrior wasn't just a popular film in Italy-but Germans like it as well!    Thankfully, the island don't seem to be on any kind of tourist map.  However, fate would bring 3 rather unpleasant guys to the little island when they are caught in an (unconvincing at best) storm in their boat.  Oops. So they get to see some rather nasty punishments for bad guards (who all wear Karl the Butcher's tin Violent Shit classic edition mask-perfect for the kiddies).  Chain slashing, face ripping, and even some sphincter spine shunting all come flying at us like chunks of puke from a fifteen year olds throat after realizing that his friends gave him the barf cup to drink. SPLAT... But wait, there's more (yes, more).  The evil Hitler-ish looking guy (strange, coming from a German film?), Dr. Senius is creating some zombies!  Yup, there are some kick ass zombies here folks.  If only they had added a few worms to the dripping wounds...we'd be in classic territory.  So, that plot goes nowhere at all, but hey, it's got zombies. Our guys are sent out to fend for themselves in a Most Dangerous Game of avoid the Tin Masked Maniacs who have Styrofoam Cleavers and are intent on cackling while killing them.  But don't forget-what good German Zombie Gore movie doesn't have a chinese guy?  Who happens to be a ninja?  And don't forget, when you have one Ninja, you should have Three....so without further ado, the dudes are gone (oh, you gotta see this-split in two is just the beginning.) So then some Ninjas fight and mutilate zombie baddies. For a very long time-and using every trick in Story of Ricky's book, and a few others that I hadn't heard of. WILD ZERO (5) Yet another kick-ass Japanese zombie flick! And not only is this the best new zombie film next to JUNK, but this one also features tons of other cool shit...UFO's, cool-as-fuck PEE CAM'S, fire breathing Cars and Motorcycles, and Guitar Wolf an Asian version of the Ramones! You cannot go wrong with this Asian-train wreck! This puppy is GORY too, even gorier than JUNK, with, tons of exploding zombies, exploding heads, and an entire army of flesh eaters! Do yourself a big favor and get JUNK, WILD ZERO, and VERSUS, they are every zombie fanatics wet dream come true. -Blackest Heart Media

ZOMBIE CULT MASSACRE (5) Directed by Jeff Dunn. This shot-on-video gorefest opens with Marvin and Sally driving to the town Marvin grew up in. They hit a zombie on their way their and Marvin is bitten when going to investigate. The two are rescued by a Stone Cold Steve Austin lookalike and his wife and brought back to the cult compound. The compound itself is somewhat reminiscent of the facilities in "Day of the Dead" being surrounded by fences to hold back the hordes of flesh-eating ghouls. Marvin's bite is treated by strange drugs and "therapy," curing his would but at the same time converting him into a full-blown slave of the cult. The fire-and brimstone spewing cult leader does his best to convert Sally, but his efforts fail when she catches him getting head from one of the other girls in the cult. Marvin meets up with Satan in a number of dream/hallucination sequences and soon gets the notion that he is the"chosen one" who is destined to lead the cult. A biker, who has been lured to the compound by a couple of cult babes, escapes and brings his "gang" back to seek vengeance. Mayhem ensues in a blood drenched finale. ZOMBIE 90: EXTREME PESTILENCE (3) No Budget Russian(?) zombie flick. Vaginal skin consumption, sadistic infant decapitations, ripped off genitals(which are later run over by a car), oral sex/zombie mastication, gut munching, chainsaw dismemberments, and (purposely)hilarious English dubbing make this film essential viewing.-333
