Martin Bladh, born in 1976. As a visionary artist, poet, and aesthete, he is the mind behind the IRM lyrics and ideals. The Swedish word bladh means either blade or leaf. A leaf can be nutritious or poisonous, a blade either a tool or a weapon. Martin is just as ambiguous and enigmatic as his surname; sometimes a grieving poet, sometimes a frenzied soldier, always an artist in the purest sense of the word. |

Erik Jarl, born in in 1977, known to his friends as Korv (Swedish for sausage) is the composer of the IRM tunes, and the creator of the IRM sound. Erik, the electronic wizard of sound, has also a demanding name, jarl being the title of a chief or king in Northern Europe in the middle ages. And Erik truly is a jarl, as an audio technician and producer he is responsible for the sound of IRM, as well as Sharon's Last Party and Skin Area, he is the jarl of Swedish power-electronics. |
