Cosplaying since 2000.

My cosplay name, Dormouse, came from Alice in Wonderland.  I wanted to have a non-anime name, since so many of those are taken.

I got into cosplaying because of several of my friends, who were urging me to cosplay Selphie at Nan Desu Kan in 2000.  After that, I was hooked.  I use a Husqvarna 165 sewing machine, and my favorite material to use for sewing is satin, although I wouldn't recommend it for very many costumes.
