This turned out to be one of the most challenging costumes I have made.  Thread kept shredding, the smallest smudge was instantly noticeable...but it was great training.  I loved walking around in the 6 inch platform boots I found on E-Bay, from a company called Just Sexy.  You can imagine what they sold, but they were very helpful.  One of the hardest parts was getting the black outlining right--and it's still not correct.  It's on the to do list of things to change.

I also ended up buying a wig, which was fairly effective.  I wore black spandex pants instead of whatever Klaha wears, plus my gloves were satiny, but it certainly didn't hurt the costume.  I saw another girl at AX 2002 dressed in this costume, but she had chosen satin for her cloth, which was inappropriate.  My cloth was a simple cotton, but it hung well, like a cape should.

I made the cowl stand up with very heavy interfacing, so any questions regarding that have been answered.  The only thing I wish I had changed was for me to line the cape, but a lesson lived is a lesson learned, or something similar!

This cosplay was in conjunction with Mnemosyne's Mana outfit, so many of our pictures are together.
