Nu-Metal

Before I listened to this album, I’d only heard the odd rap-metal song and wasn’t overly impressed.  When I started to listen to this, the first thing I noticed was how good Adam Duce was on Bass.  As the album played through, I must admit, it was better than I expected.  I couldn’t help but wonder what it would be like if Flynn had sang instead of rapping.  The answer came in the shape of “Message in a Bottle”.  I think he should stick to rapping.  Definitely a good album if you like rap-core.  I don’t.  There are some noticeably good songs like “the Blood, the Sweat, the Tears”, “Nothing Left” and “From This Day”.  Good Metal but not what I like
