Albums of Purgatory interview Inside Out Anus

Firstly, whats the band up to right now?

Well, I just released the first Inside Out Anus "album" Its 25 songs in less than 20 minutes. 21 new tracks and 4 from the 02' demo.

How would you describe the Inside Out Anus sound?

Noise/grind. Similarities to old ANAL CUNT... right now we use a drum machine because we cant find a fast enough drummer. I dont want to sacrifice speed just to have an actual drummer.

How did you get involved with the band?

Me and a friend I met online started recording some shitty noise tracks just for fun.
Then he got a life around when we started recording for the first release and I fully took over.

Are you involved in any other projects and if so how do they compare to Inside Out Anus?

I'm in a goregrind band called GURGING GUTS and I'm in another deathgrind band that has yet to come up with a name. The dont really compare to Inside Out Anus at all...

What are your favourite Inside Out Anus tracks?

Ass Raped, Faggot Stomping, Smothered in Shit and Covered in Cum, and a couple others. I really like how those tracks came out. Theres only one Inside Out Anus track I actually hate and its called "Mistake" and everything about the song was an actual mistake. I programmed the drum machine wrong and even mixed the vocals wrong...

What are your favorite all time songs?

Theres to many to choose from.

What the first record you ever bought?

I think it was a Metallica album, but I'm not totally sure.

Which album was it that got you into metal and can you explain why?

Early Slayer and early Metallica got me into metal. Early Cannibal Corpse got me into death metal.

Whats the last album you purchased and what did you think of it?

it was the AMOEBIC DYSENTERY, DWARFOPHILE, GROSS, and NECROBESTIALITY 4 way split. Its a decent album... could have been better.

What would be your dream band line-up?

Don Decker on vocals, Charlie Benante on drums, bob rusay on guitar, and the bass player from macabre.

If you could do a cover for a tribute album to any band, which song of which band would you pick and why?

I would want to do a cover of COCK AND BALL TORTURE'S where girls learn to piss on command because its an awsome song by an awsome pornogrind band!

What do you think of the position of metal and music in general today?

I think it sucks... thats about it.

Which other bands stand out for you at the moment?

Definitely CEPHALIC CARNAGE! There one of my favorite bands right now and I seen then live the other night and they totally kicked ass. Another band would probably be DECOMPOSING SERENITY.

The funniest thing about the band is the music...
